Activision and Sledgehammer Games have released an incredibly awesome live-action trailer for their upcoming video game Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. It was directed by Peter Berg and stars Taylor Kitsch. The two have previously collaborated together on Lone Survivor, Battleship, and Friday Night Lights. It also stars Gone Girl's Emily Ratajkowski

I've always been a huge fan of the Call of Duty franchise, and this next game looks incredible. After watching this action-packed commercial for it, though, now I just want to see Berg and Kitsch adapt it into a movie. This video is an adrenaline-fueled fun ride that does a spectacular job bringing the game to life. Here are some details on the game:

A new vision for the blockbuster franchise, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare takes players to a future devastated by a global attack. Rising from the chaos is Atlas, a Private Military Corporation led by the cunning Jonathan Irons. With the most powerful military force in the world, Atlas has effectively become a superpower for hire. Playing as Jack Mitchell, suit up in an advanced exoskeleton and join a highly-trained unit committed to restoring order.

The exoskeleton carries over into Multiplayer, where an all-new movement system changes the way players traverse the terrain. Chain together boost actions like jump, dodge, and dash in a fast and fluid style of play. Equip all-new abilities and armaments in the revamped Create-a-Class. Earn additional weapons and gear through in-game Supply Drops, outfitting your operator in the deepest customization experience in franchise history.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on November 4th.

Seth Grahame-Smith's Pride and Prejudice and Zombies has been in and out of development for years. But last month the project finally started shooting, and, thanks to EW, today we have our first look at the film in the form of a promo photo featuring the Bennet Sisters. From left to right they include Lydia (Ellie Bamber), Jane (Bella Heathcote), Elizabeth (Lily James), Mary (Millie Brady), and Kitty (Suki Waterhouse).

Fighting and killing zombies with weapons and martial arts skills isn't anything new for the characters in this story. The zombie plague has been around for 70 years by the time Pride and Prejudice and Zombies picks up. It's just in the meantime they are dealing with marriage prospects and family drama.

The book is an expanded version of the Jane Austen classic, and the film will focus on Liz Bennett, a woman on a quest for love and independence amid the outbreak of a deadly virus that turns the dead into vicious killers.

The movie was directed by Burr Steers and also stars Sam Riley as Mr. Darcy, Jack Huston as Mr. Wickham, Douglas Booth as Mr. Bingley, and Matt Smith as Mr. Collins, with Lena Headey and Charles Dance also starring. It will be released in theaters in 2015.

We've seen a lot really cool geeky jack-o'-lanterns over the years, but until today I've never seen one that is remote controlled. Greg Aronowitz participated in Geek & Sundry's Halloweek, and created this incredibly cool Star Wars inspired R2-D2 remote control pumpkin. The video below takes us through the process of building it from the pumpkin patch to the finished product.

"Are you ready kids?!"

Nickelodeon has released a new international trailer and poster for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. SpongeBob and his pals are about to make a big splash in the real world in the latest epic adventure of complete and utter silliness. It kind of weirds me out seeing these characters in their new forms, but it looks like it works. The trailer features some new footage from the film as the gang of sea life tries to get back the secret Krabby Patty recipe from an evil pirate (Antonio Banderas).

The movie is based on the animated series created by Stephen Hillenburg, and it hits theaters on February 13th, 2015. The movie stars Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence, and Douglas Lawrence. This movie is sure to be ridiculously entertaining.

ROOTS Is a New Casual Social Game You're Going to Want to Play

$

Geeks love social games. I don’t know why, but we do. Have you seen the dice booth at Comic-Con? It is row after row of glittering gems in myriad shapes and colors, all for different tabletop games. It is my all time favorite thing at the con, and there is always a giant crowd of people around it. Geeks also love to argue, as evidenced by the comments sections on any GeekTyrant post in which a writer expresses an opinion.

These loves of gaming and arguing combine in the new casual tabletop game Roots. The creator describes it as “Apples to Apples meets Scrabble meets a philosophy class,” and it looks hella fun. The premise is similar to Apples to Apples or Cards Against Humanity — a subject card hits the table, and everyone throws out whatever cards they have that best fit. Only unlike other games, you can use multiple prefix and suffix cards to build the perfect word, then those words remain in play and can be built upon in other rounds. That’s the scrabble-esque element that will make word nerds everywhere rejoice. (The philosophy class element comes in because roughly 90% of any philosophy class is spent discussing the meaning, boundaries, and constraints of language. It’s way more fun than it sounds.)

Once everyone’s words are down you make the case for your word, and everyone votes. The voting aspect prevents the practice of the Judge or Czar just giving the win to whomever they have a crush on. Not that I’ve ever done that. The scoring mechanism is a little more complicated than in Apples to Apples,* but it’s clearly explained in the gameplay demo below. Also explained in the video are power cards, which give you the chance to create chaos by messing with your opponents.

Predicate, the studio that created Roots, is funding the game through a Kickstarter campaign, which you can see here. They are already funded, but if they reach their stretch goals, the game will get some cool upgrades. Who doesn’t want rounded corners on their cards? Plus, they have cool backer perks with even cooler names. All the backer levels are named after trees. They start out with basics — sapling, oak — and go on up to Yggdrasil, with a bunch of geeky trees in between. So at least check out their campaign to see if you can identify all the trees without googling. And even most of the lower levels will get you a copy of the game, which you want anyway.

*I once played Apples to Apples with a group of people who had a “no arguing” rule. You just silently put your card down and the judge silently selected. It was the worst.

Seth Rogen Cast as Steve Wozniak in Danny Boyle's Steve Jobs Biopic

Seth Rogen is set to star alongside Christian Bale in director Danny Boyle's Steve Jobs biopic, which is set up at Sony Pictures. I never really thought about who they'd cast as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak in the Aaron Sorkin' scripted movie, but Rogen seems like a solid choice.

The movie is based on Walter Isaacson’s biography Steve Jobs, and according to Sorkin, the movie will be divided into three long scenes, each taking place backstage before one of Jobs' famous product launches. Those products are said to be the Mac, NeXT (after Jobs had left Apple), and the iPod.

As you know, Rogen is mostly known for his crazy comedic roles, but he should great in this. It might be a role that will open up a whole new level of dramatic parts for the actor, just like Moneyball did for Jonah Hill

Here's a detailed synopsis of the book that the film will be based on:

Based on more than forty interviews with Jobs conducted over two years—as well as interviews with more than a hundred family members, friends, adversaries, competitors, and colleagues—Walter Isaacson has written a riveting story of the roller-coaster life and searingly intense personality of a creative entrepreneur whose passion for perfection and ferocious drive revolutionized six industries: personal computers, animated movies, music, phones, tablet computing, and digital publishing.

At a time when America is seeking ways to sustain its innovative edge, and when societies around the world are trying to build digital-age economies, Jobs stands as the ultimate icon of inventiveness and applied imagination. He knew that the best way to create value in the twenty-first century was to connect creativity with technology. He built a company where leaps of the imagination were combined with remarkable feats of engineering.

Although Jobs cooperated with this book, he asked for no control over what was written nor even the right to read it before it was published. He put nothing off-limits. He encouraged the people he knew to speak honestly. And Jobs speaks candidly, sometimes brutally so, about the people he worked with and competed against. His friends, foes, and colleagues provide an unvarnished view of the passions, perfectionism, obsessions, artistry, devilry, and compulsion for control that shaped his approach to business and the innovative products that resulted.

Driven by demons, Jobs could drive those around him to fury and despair. But his personality and products were interrelated, just as Apple’s hardware and software tended to be, as if part of an integrated system. His tale is instructive and cautionary, filled with lessons about innovation, character, leadership, and values.

The Rationality of Your Irrational Fears

Yesterday we talked about our realistic fears, and today it’s time to talk about our irrational fears. Specifically, how our irrational fears might actually be kind of rational. Sort of. In an episode called "Why I'm Scared of Spiders," It’s Okay To Be Smart host Joe Hanson looks at his own arachnophobia and the scientific reasons behind it. It’s interesting to note that arachnophobia may be heritable, because GeekTyrant editors Free Reyes, Eli Reyes, and their brother are all terrified of spiders. One time we saw a spider crawl out of some cardboard, and they all freaked the hell out while I disposed of the poor thing. Anyway, watch the video so you that next time you’re afraid of something dumb, you can explain to your friends that science says it’s totally reasonable.

SUPERGIRL TV Series Casting Info Reveals New Details

supergirl-tv-series-casting-info-revels-new-details

Last month CBS announced that DC Entertainment is developing new Supergirl TV series for the network. The series is currently deep in development, and they are ready to start casting. Thanks to TVLine, we have some casting information that offers some new details on the series and the characters that it will include.

Before today, all we really knew is that show would center on Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin. The character was born on the planet Krypton but escaped before it was destroyed. "Since arriving on Earth, she has been hiding the powers she shares with her famous cousin. But now at age 24, she decides to embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be." Below you will find the newly reveled story and character details:

For Kara Zor-El aka Kara Danvers, the show is eyeing Caucasian females, age 22 to 26, to play 24. As the series’ mythology goes, Kara at age 12 was sent from her dying home planet of Krypton to Earth, where she was taken in by the Danvers, a foster family who taught her to be careful with her extraordinary powers. After repressing said skills for more than a decade, Kara is forced to bust out her super moves in public during an unexpected disaster. Energized by her heroism for the first time in her life, she begins embracing her abilities in the name of helping the people of her city, earning herself a super moniker along the way.

They then reveal a new character being introduced to the mythology of Supergirl, which is Kara's foster sister Alex.

The other lead role currently being cast is that of 26-year-old Alexandra “Alex” Danvers, Kara’s gorgeous, brilliant, science-minded foster sister. Growing up, Alex was partly jealous of her sibling yet also fascinated by her abilities, prompting Alex to learn as much as she could about alien anthropology, sociology and culture. Today, Alex works for a secret government organization and, alongside her heroic sis, will face many challenges, both mundane and super.

The series is being developed by Greg Berlanti (Arrow and The Flash) and Ali Adler (Chuck and No Ordinary Family). They are writing and executive producing the series. So far I like everything that I've heard. I have high hopes that this will turn out to be a good series.

CAPTAIN MARVEL — 8 Actresses We'd Cast

Marvel finally announced that a Captain Marvel movie will be coming, marking the first time a woman has been the title character in the Marvel cineverse. With a release date set for July 6th, 2018, it and Inhumans will be released in between The Avengers: Infinity War two part saga.

Kevin Feige has already informed us that Captain Marvel will be about the character Carol Danvers. This gives us some idea of who they might be looking to cast. In the comics, Danvers is blond and 5' 11". I couldn't find a specific age, or even age range, but old enough to be a high ranking officer in the United States Air Force.

Danvers gets a fusion of alien Kree genes and powers from an alien male named Captain Marvel. Danvers, now imbued with powers like superhuman strength, endurance, stamina, flight, and physical durability, takes the name Captain Marvel.

Unconventional Casting:

Marvel has a history of casting the non obvious choice, like Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man and Chris Pratt as Star Lord. They have also cast relatively unknown actors like Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Tom Hiddleston as Loki. They have even cast actors with lots of indie-cred like Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer. Due to this pattern, we've picked four actresses that don't seem like the obvious choice, but could make a great Captain Marvel.

Mackenzie Davis

25 / 5' 10"

If you haven't seen Halt and Catch Fire, you absolutely must, and Mackenzie Davis is a big reason why. She projects a vicious intelligence, strong presence, and real vulnerability. Davis does not have a long filmography, and she is the youngest on our list, but Captain Marvel is still about three years away.

Anna Torv

35 / 5' 8"

Australian actress Anna Torv proved herself to be a genuine badass on Fringe. She was the emotional core of the show and regularly faced off with some really creepy villains. While known among geeks for Fringe, she not an actor most people recognize. Torv has a great American accent and has a commanding air of authority, making her a very believable Air Force officer.

Brit Marling

31 / 5' 7"

Having only done indie movies, Brit Marling has little name recognition. Most of the characters she has played are highly intelligent and strong willed. In the movie Sound of My Voice, she is the leader of a cult who plays a soft touch with undertones of dark terror. Marling is my dark horse pick.

Katheryn Winnick

36 / 5' 6"

Since she plays a battle-hardened shieldmaiden on Vikings, it seems like Katheryn Winnick should be a up for a role in a Thor movie, not someone imbued with alien powers. At the age of 13 Winnick already had a black belt in karate. While the oldest on the list, Downey Jr. and Mark Ruffalo where each 44 when they debuted in the Marvel cineverse.

Obvious Casting:

The only other solo female superhero movie coming out between now and 2020 is Wonder Woman. Marvel might feel they need an actress that has more marketability to help it rise above the DC property. The following four actresses seems to be near or at the top of every fan casting list.

Katee Sackhoff

34 / 5' 6"

Katee Sackhoff has done action on several TV shows and movies, and she's also shown great emotional range. She is the #1 fan pick, rumored for years, and I've even seen Captain Marvel casting lists called "actresses who are not Katee Sackhoff." She is the safest bet and somehow the least interesting.

Emily Blunt

31 / 5' 7"

Of the obvious choices, Emily Blunt is my favorite. Proving her action mettle in Live Die Repeat: The Edge of Tomorrow, she showed she's got the grit. She was Marvel's first choice for Black Widow and was sought after for Peggy Carter, but Blunt passed on both roles. Perhaps starring in a solo outing will be enough to charm her.

Natalie Dormer

32 / 5' 6"

Despite already being in Captain America: The First Avenger, Natalie Dormer is overwhelmingly fan pick #2. Being on the largely popular Game of Thrones makes her a higher profile actress than most of the other women on the list. She has transformed for all the roles she has played, which makes it likely she could handle the part.

Yvonne Strahovski

32 / 5' 9"

From round-housing bad guys on Chuck to working covertly on 24 to being a genetically altered super woman in two Mass Effect games, Yvonne Strahovski carries lots of geek-cred. While she's a good actress, I have yet to see her in an emotionally challenging role. Then again, I can say the same of Chris Pratt.

I admit that even my unconventional choices are a bit safe. But I feel that Marvel is not going to stray too far from canon on Captain Marvel. What are your picks? If you have one I didn't mention, let me know in the comments and give me some information on why they would be great and which roles I might know them from.

WONDER WOMAN Solo Film to be Set in the 1920s?

wonder-woman-solo-film-to-be-set-in-the-1920s

We've been bombarded by a ton of awesome Marvel news over the last few days, how about we throw some DC superhero movie news into the mix? Warner Bros. announced that they plan on releasing a solo Wonder Woman flick in 2017, and we know that it will star Gal Gadot, who is set to play the character in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. They didn't offer any other information on the project, but Bleeding Cool claims to know a little bit about what the studio is planning. This is all a rumor for now, but the intel comes from a reliable site.

The site's source claims to have seen the story treatment for the film, and according to them, the first half of the film will be set on Paradise Island with warring Amazon factions vying for control. The report goes on to explain,

"An arrival of a man on the island changes that status quo, as he asks the Amazons for help. Not necessarily Steve Trevor either…

"Because when Wonder Woman joins him on his return to the world of Man, we all discover that it is the 1920s. And the film will then show Diana exploring that world – a world where women have only just got the vote – from her… unique perspective."

A Wonder Woman film set in the 1920s? I'm down with that concept. I love period films, which is one of the reasons why I loved Captain America: The First Avenger so much. A 1920s Wonder Woman could be incredibly cool.

The site then claims that there's also a planned sequel that is supposed to take place during World War II in the 1930s and 1940s. This is the same time period that the seventies Wonder Woman TV show was set in before making the shift to modern day.

That's not all! There will also be a third film that would finally take place in modern day, when she is a part of the Justice League superhero team. If this is all true, I actually kind of like where they are going with this.

I love the period settings for the character, but it might get a little confusing with the timeline. Especially since the first Wonder Woman solo film is being released the same year as the first Justice League movie. So they start to build the momentum of their cinematic universe with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, then they release Suicide Squad. After that they jump back to the 1920s before fast forwarding to the present day Justice League team.

They've got a little smoothing out to do with all of this stuff, but I'm sure they are going to figure it all out. What do you all think about the rumored plan to bring Wonder Woman to the big screen?

Boba Fett Stands Against Han and Jabba in Art by Salvador Anguiano

The Bounty Hunter

I think it’s a given that we all love Boba Fett and that we basically never get tired of looking at new interpretations of the character, so here we have a poster design by artist Salvador Anguiano that features the bounty hunter up against Jabba and Han. Here’s what Anguiano said about the piece:

I’m a Star Wars fan (aren’t we all?) it is a fundamental experience for any kid growing up, there’s no other way to put it. I just wanted to take my shot at it, but I wanted to focus on one of the coolest looking characters, Boba Fett, but there’s not enough in the original trilogy to flesh him out, so I tried to convey a sense of conflict, hence Jabba and Han popping up in there all intense and dramatic.
It was a lot of fun drawing the old bounty hunter, there’s just this visual quality to him and the helmet, come on, it doesn’t get much cooler than that!
Anyways, I went for kind of an old style poster, with big, huge font and the awesome Fett in front of everything in there.
Well, that’s the fanboy in me talking, hope you guys like this thing :-)

We do! You can see more of Anguiano’s work at his Behance gallery. Thanks to Poster Posse for the tip.

STAR WARS: EPISODE VII – A Whole Action Scene Was Shot in IMAX

We already knew that J.J. Abrams is shooting Star Wars: Episode VII in 35mm to replicate the look of the original trilogy. We also knew that some parts would be shot using 70mm IMAX. What we didn't know is to what extent the IMAX format is being used.

One big drawback to shooting 70mm IMAX is the size and weight of the cameras. I've also heard they are incredibly loud.

Via Variety:

“The benefits outweigh the headache of shooting on IMAX cameras,” says Abrams, who used them for a single sequence in “Star Wars.” “The opportunity to have an action sequence for this movie done in IMAX’s natural format was too delicious an idea to pass up. As a filmgoer, it’s something I want to see.”

An action scene or sequence would be perfect for IMAX. You end up dubbing most of the sound anyway. But what you get is a vivid picture that can't be equaled by digital (for now).

TERMINATOR: GENISYS Storyboard Art Teases Battle Sequence

We've been getting a lot of cool Terminator: Genysys stuff to share with you the last couple of days, and the streak continues! Today we have a few pieces of storyboard art from EW for you to check out. The art teases a big battle in the film. The scene that we're seeing in this art involves John Connor (Jason Clarke) and Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney). There's no better time to get in some father and son bonding in than in the middle of a crazy cybernetic war! Here are the captions that accompanied each image:

  • Endoskeletons outside a work camp
  • John Connor and Kyle Reese fighting off endoskeletons
  • Connor during the Future War
  • Connor, Reese, and the rebels in battle as helicopters drop tanks in the background
  • A frozen endoskeleton in the foreground as Connor and Reese pass by

All of this stuff that is being released is just leaving me wanting more. Unfortunately, we'll probably going to have to wait a while longer until we see a trailer. Here’s the synopsis for the movie:

The beginning of Terminator: Genisys, the first of three planned films that Paramount hopes will relaunch the beloved sci-fi franchise, is set in 2029, when the Future War is raging and a group of human rebels has the evil artificial-intelligence system Skynet on the ropes. John Connor (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’ Jason Clarke) is the leader of the resistance, and Kyle Reese (Divergent‘s Jai Courtney) is his loyal soldier, raised in the ruins of post apocalyptic California. As in the original film, Connor sends Reese back to 1984 to save Connor’s mother, Sarah (Game of Thrones‘ Emilia Clarke), from a Terminator programmed to kill her so that she won’t ever give birth to John. But what Reese finds on the other side is nothing like he expected.

Terminator: Genisys is set to open July 1st, 2015. Alan Taylor is directing. Emilia Clarke and Matt Smith also star.

Sam Raimi and Fede Alvarez Reteam for Thriller A MAN IN THE DARK

Sam Raimi and Fede Alvarez are teaming up again for a new film project. Unfortunately, it's not for Evil Dead 2, but it does sound like it will be something cool and promising. Alvarez previously directed and co-wrote the screenplay for the Evil Dead remake, which, surprisingly, I enjoyed immensely.

The new film that Alvarez is set to direct is called A Man in the Dark, which Raimi is attached to produce. The press release came along with the following plot summary:

In A MAN IN THE DARK, three teens who get away with perfectly planned home robberies have set their sights on one last payout that will get them out of crime forever. Their target: a reclusive blind man with millions of dollars in hiding. But as soon as they break into his home, the tables are turned and they find themselves trapped and fighting for survival against a psychopath with secrets of his own.

This movie sounds like it has potential. It's not really an original plot, but the filmmakers have the talent to make it their own and give us a movie that we'll enjoy. I love what they did with the Evil Dead remake together, so I'm looking forward to see how this upcoming project turns out.

While we wait for official confirmation from Marvel that Benedict Cumberbatch is playing Doctor Strange, here's a video that features the actor auditioning for Smaug in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy. The video also includes an interview with Cumberbatch as he amusingly recalls his experience of auditioning for the epic film prooject. Jackson, Martin Freeman, and writer/co-producer Philippa Boyens are also interviewed in the video, and they discuss the actor's audition process for the role. After he auditioned for the part he didn't hear back from anyone for a year, but he got the gig, and it was a perfect casting decision. You can watch him give one of his amazing performances for the character here.

TALES OF HALLOWEEN Horror Anthology Film Coming from Neil Marshall and Darren Bousman

Horror movie fans have a new anthology film project in development called Tales of Halloween. The film follows in the footsteps of previously released horror anthologies such as the Trick 'r Treat, V/H/S, and The ABCs of Death. I've always enjoyed watching movies like this! I grew up on films and shows such as Tales From the Crypt, Black Sabbath, Tales From the Dark Side, and the Creepshow. As long as Tales of Halloween turns out to be fun and entertaining I'll watch it.

The news come from Deadline, who reports that the movie will consist of ten segments from eleven directors. It will be an interconnected series of stories, and they will all be set in "a sleepy American suburb terrorized by ghouls, aliens, and killers one Halloween night."

The directors lined up to direct segments for the movie include Neil Marshall (The Descent), Darren Bousman (Saw II, III and IV), Joe Begos (Almost Human), Axelle Carolyn (Soulmate), Adam Gierasch (Night of the Demons), Andrew Kasch (Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy) and John Skipp (Stay at Home Dad), Mike Mendez (Big Ass Spider!), Dave Parker (The Hills Run Red), Ryan Schifrin (Abominable), and Paul Solet (Grace). Marshall said in a statement,

“It’s so great to be working with such a unique and talented group of directors. Many of ‘The October Society’ have been friends for years, so when Axelle had the idea of combining our talents for an anthology based on our mutual love of Halloween and all things scary, it was a no-brainer.”

As a huge fan of horror movies and Halloween, I'm really stoked to see what comes of this. They've already released a teaser poster for the feature, which you can see above.

I don't know about you, but when Ultron creepily quoted the words "there are no strings on me" from the Pinocchio song, I got chills down my spine. Pinocchio was already creepy enough without the help of James Spader's menacing voiceover work. The gang over at How It Should Have Ended have released an animated comedy sketch that reimagines the ending of the Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer, and in it, Ultron quotes several other classic Disney songs in a way that will ruin your childhood memories. The Avengers' reaction to Ultron doing this is hilariously appropriate. Of course it wouldn't be a proper HISHE video without the addition of Batman and Superman. Enjoy the video!

Marvel Comics and and the Jack Kirby estate recently settled a lawsuit over the rights to several iconic superhero characters that Jack Kirby created with Stan Lee while working for Marvel back in the 1960s and 1970s.

The terms of the settlement were not revealed, but Marvel and the Kirby estate issued a joint statement that said,

“Marvel and the family of Jack Kirby have amicably resolved their legal disputes, and are looking forward to advancing their shared goal of honoring Mr. Kirby’s significant role in Marvel’s history."

It looks like they've started the process of honoring Kirby's contribution to Marvel, as they've quietly made a change to some of its comic books. In recent issues of Fantastic Four and X-Men a new credit line has been included that reads “Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby." This has not been present in the previous issues of either comic. That credit line is also likely to appear in other comics Kirby had a hand in creating for Marvel.

The company is finally giving credit to Kirby, which is long overdue. It's crazy that they haven't been crediting his contribution to these comics for all of these years.

You can compare the most recent issue of Fantastic Four No. 12 with the previous month’s issue of Fantastic Four No. 11 below. The credit line appears at the bottom of the page.
