Here's a photo of Black Widow racing through the streets on Harley-Davidson's new electric motorcycle in Avengers: Age of Ultron. The new image was released in conjunction with the "Project Livewire: The Experience Tour," which is set to kick-off at San Diego Comic-Con, and you can read more about that in the press release below:

Today at the San Diego Comic-Con, Harley-Davidson® and Marvel Studios will introduce Project LiveWire™ – Harley-Davidson's first electric motorcycle – to fans gathered at the annual international convention. Project LiveWire, which is featured in Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, will be the ride of choice for Natasha Romanoff (a.k.a. Black Widow) played by Scarlett Johansson, in an epic scene with Captain America in the film.

The addition of Project LiveWire to Avengers: Age of Ultron confirms months of speculation that Harley-Davidson and Marvel are, indeed, teaming up again. Harley-Davidson motorcycles – including the Harley-Davidson Street 750™ featured in Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier earlier this year – have appeared in a number of Marvel movies and television shows over the last several years.

"Our partnership with Marvel continues to provide thrilling platforms to showcase our latest innovations to existing and new fans of the brand," said Dino Bernacchi, Director of U.S. Marketing at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. "Not one, but two bikes will be featured in Avengers: Age of Ultron - Project LiveWire and the all-new Street 750, which is now available at Harley-Davidson dealerships."

While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed to get insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle. In keeping with the company's customer-led product development approach, Harley-Davidson is taking Project LiveWire to consumers across the country. Fans in San Diego will be able to ride the bike at the San Diego Harley-Davison dealership July 25-26 and provide feedback to help shape the future of Harley-Davidson's first-ever electric motorcycle.

I know this has nothing to do with movies, but this promotional ad for the Navy SEALS is just so freakin' badass, and I had to share it! It shows us how real life Navy SEALS enter enemy territory from under the sea. They are launched from a nuclear submarine in a mini-sub, then they exit the mini-sub and swim to shore where they will carry out their mission. These guys are simply awesome in every way, and I respect the hell out of them.

Joaquin Phoenix in the Running for DOCTOR STRANGE

Marvel's big Comic-Con panel is tomorrow, and fans are going to be treated to all kinds of announcements and footage for their slate of upcoming films. The rumor mill on the casting for Doctor Strange continues to roll on. The Wrap is reporting that Joaquin Phoenix is now in the running to take on the Sorcerer Supreme. The report says:

"While insiders caution there is no deal in place yet, multiple sources say Phoenix is in consideration and has had discussions about the movie."

It was previously reported that Tom Hardy, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Jared Leto were in the running. Cumberbatch himself teased the role at Comic-Con yesterday, and you can watch him talk about it here.

Phoenix is an incredible actor, but I just don't see him in the role of Strange. As a long time fan of the character, he just doesn't seem to fit. It also seems like a film that he wouldn't be interested in doing, but ya never know. Scott Derrickson is currently set to direct the film, and it will be interesting to see what he does with it. I hope Marvel makes the big official casting announcement on Saturday!

Director Sam Raimi surprised fans at Comic-Con today when he came in to talk about the big screen adaptation of The Last of Us that he is producing. That movie was announced back in March, and it's exciting that it's in development. But, there's other big news that he announced at the panel that I want to tell you.

Raimi announced that he is currently writing an Evil Dead TV series with his brother Ted! What makes this news even more awesome is the fact that Bruce Campbell is going to be a part of it as well!

I have no idea what this means for the Evil Dead sequel or the Army of Darkness sequel that have both been discussed in the past, but as long as Ash and The Evil Dead live on in the world I will be a happy fan! We'll let you know more information as it becomes available. I'm thrilled to see what becomes of this!

Paramount Pictures surprised fans today at Comic-Con with some footage from their upcoming new SpongeBob movie, SpongeBob: Sponge out of Water. It was pretty damn funny, and it was kind of cool to see these classic characters transformed into CG animated awesomeness. We have the first image from the film featuring SpongeBob and his friends sporting their new look for the film. They won't look like this the whole time, though, just when they leave their oceanic home. If you're a fan of the cartoon, then there's no doubt you'll love what they have planned for the movie.

The story centers on SpongeBob SquarePants, the world's favorite sea dwelling invertebrate, who comes ashore to our world for his most super-heroic adventure yet.

The movie is based on the series created by Stephen Hillenburg, and it hits theaters on February 13th, 2015. The movie stars Antonio Banderas, Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence, and Douglas Lawrence.

Earlier this week we got our first look at Jack Black in the big screen feature film inspired by R.L. Stine's children's horror book series, Goosebumps. We have three more images for you to check out today, one of which features that creepy-ass ventriloquist doll, and a few other creatures that may look familiar to you! Sony Pictures recently had a panel for this film at Comic-Con. I wasn't able to be there, but I heard that a lot of the audience members were pleasantly surprised by what they saw from the movie. I was hoping this would be good, and it sounds like it might just be.

In Goosebumps, upset about moving from a big city to a small town, teenager Zach Cooper (Dylan Minnette) finds a silver lining when he meets the beautiful girl, Hannah (Odeya Rush), living right next door. But every silver lining has a cloud, and Zach’s comes when he learns that Hannah has a mysterious dad who is revealed to be R. L. Stine (Jack Black), the author of the bestselling Goosebumps series. It turns out that there is a reason why Stine is so strange… he is a prisoner of his own imagination – the monsters that his books made famous are real, and Stine protects his readers by keeping them locked up in their books. When Zach unintentionally unleashes the monsters from their manuscripts and they begin to terrorize the town, it’s suddenly up to Stine, Zach, and Hannah to get all of them back in the books where they belong.

The movie will hit theaters on August 7th, 2015.

Mark Hamill Sporting Epic Jedi Beard - Discusses New STAR WARS Cast

I know some of you care about what Mark Hamill's facial hair will look like for Star Wars: Episode VII, and here's a photo that will answer all of your questions about that. He's followed in the footsteps of his Jedi master Obi Wan Kenobi, and he's sporting an epic beard that I'm sure helps in his ability to harness the power of the force… but not really. He's obviously growing this sucker out to bring some mature badassery to his character. He talked to the BBC recently about Star Wars: Episode VII, saying,

"It was certainly unexpected — I already had a beginning, middle and end, I never thought we'd come back. To go on to those sets that evoked so many memories, it is just astonishing.

"I thought even if they did a third trilogy, we wouldn't be involved, because it is really about the new generation of characters. We are just there to lend our support and grow contractually obligated beards."

He went on to talk about the new cast.

"They are so talented. They are all so diverse — there are people I recognize like Andy Serkis, and new people that I've never seen before, like Daisy Ridley. But they are so good. I'm thinking of asking them for advice; I don't want to give any myself!"

It's going to be so fun to see Hamill back as Skywalker!

Sam Raimi has Met with Maisie Williams to Star in THE LAST OF US

Earlier this year it was announced that Sam Raimi would be producing a feature film adaptation of the badass video game The Last of Us. He surprised fans in Hall H at Comic-Con to make it all official along with writer Neil Druckmann, who is the creative director for the game. Druckmann is currently writing the script and, according to Raimi, he will protect the original material while adapting the 15-hour game into a two-hour story that will put a primary focus on the relationship between the two main characters.

At one point during the Q&A, they were asked about casting, and they revealed that they had already met with Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams, who would be freakin' perfect! For those of you who aren't familiar, she is the young actress that plays Arya Stark. There's nothing set in stone at this time, but it would be really smart of them to cast her. She's such a talented actress that would do a great job bringing the character of Ellie to life.

The story follows "hardened survivor, Joel, and Ellie, a young and capable girl, on their journey through a radically transformed world. Set twenty years after an infectious pandemic spread by thecordyceps virus ravaged the course of humanity, these two people, who were brought together by chance, must make life-altering decisions in order to survive. The Last of Us explores themes of survival, loyalty, love, and redemption in an emotionally charged expedition across a post-epidemic United States."

It doesn't sound like the movie is going to happen anytime soon, but Raimi did say, ”I think we’re going to make a great picture, that’s why we’re here so many years early to announce it.” Also, for those of you hoping for a faithful adaptation Raimi added, “I have great confidence that we’ll have a script that’s really true to the original.”

Druckmann added that he did want to make some changes, and said he had a different opening and a "very different ending" in mind. Thankfully Raimi convinced him to stick close to the original story so that it captures the core of the game. The filmmaker joked, “I started this process thinking I’d have to protect the story from producers, and then I had to protect it from you.”

With Raimi on board and steering this project in the right direction, I think this has the potential to be an incredible film.

Marvel has announced that Captain America: The First Avenger director Joe Johnston and Captain America: The Winter Solider directors Joe and Anthony Russo will be brought in to direct episodes of the studio's new ABC TV series Agent Carter.

Co-president of Marvel Studios, Louis D’Esposito, will take on the pilot episode, which will star Hayley Atwell reprising her role from the films as Peggy Carter, one of the original S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. The series is set in 1947 after World War II has ended and while Steve Rogers is frozen in ice.

I love that Marvel is bringing on these directors to help bring this series to life. It just tells me that there's a good chance that it's going to be a great series. Here's the synopsis for the series:

"Marvel’s Agent Carter,” starring Captain America’s Hayley Atwell follows the story of Peggy Carter. It’s 1946, and peace has dealt Peggy Carter a serious blow as she finds herself marginalized when the men return home from fighting abroad. Working for the covert SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve), Peggy must balance doing administrative work and going on secret missions for Howard Stark all while trying to navigate life as a single woman in America, in the wake of losing the love of her life–Steve Rogers. Inspired by the feature films “Captain America: The First Avenger” and “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” along with the short “Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter.” Starring Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter, “Marvel’s Agent Carter” is executive produced by Christopher Markus, Steve McFeely, Tara Butters, Michele Fazekas, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Jeph Loeb.

Edgar Wright is lining up directing projects for himself! A few days ago it was reported that he would be directing a movie called Baby Driver. Today, Deadline is reporting that Sony Pictures is setting him up to develop a feature film adaptation of the Young Adult novel Grasshopper Jungle, which he will make after Baby Driver.

The book was written by Smith Dutton, and the script is being written by Beautiful Girls scribe Scott Rosenberg. The book has been described as Stand By Me meets Attack The Block, which is perfect for Wright!

This is a coming-of-age story that "focuses on an Iowa teen trying to come to grips with his own raging hormones and sexual feelings as he and his cohorts cause a deadly genetically engineered plague that unleashes an army of 6-foot-tall praying mantises. Those bugs live the life these guys wish for, acting on an insatiable appetite for fighting, food, and fornicating."

Fans of Wright should be excited about this project since it is perfectly within the director's wheelhouse.

Marvel fans will be happy to hear that director James Gunn is set to write and direct Guardians of the Galaxy 2. As you know, he developed the first movie, and it seems very appropriate for him to come back and continue the epic sci-fi adventure that he started in this universe.

The co-writer of the first film, Nicole Perlman, made the announcement when talking to The Wrap about how well the movie was doing with test audiences and the press saying:

“They started to figure it out pretty quick when they started getting the reactions from the audience; it was a very positive reaction. Of course they would want to make a sequel as long as it does well and  people are excited about it, they'll wanna do a sequel. So, it's going to happen… James will be directing Guardians 2, so he would also be writing Guardians 2.”

I've heard nothing but great things about this movie, and I can't wait to finally see it for myself. Even though I haven't seen it yet, I'm still stoked about the sequel that Gunn is going to bring the fans.

DOCTOR WHO Showrunner Confirms Discussions with Peter Jackson

Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat has confirmed that he's had discussions with director Peter Jackson about helming an episode of the epic sci-fi series. Jackson has expressed interest in directing an episode, and Moffat likes the idea of having him come in to direct one, so it's good to see the the two parties are communicating with each other!

In an interview with SFX, Moffat confirmed the possibility that Jackson could end up directing an episode.

“I think it will happen at some point. He’s still incredibly busy on The Hobbit. I’ve spoken to him face to face, and he would like to do one. I mean, he can do what the hell he likes – he owns New Zealand!”

Moffat then said that the director had accepted that there was “no money” in it and explained,

“He’s a nice guy, he quite often drops me a line after a show goes out. He’s into it – it’s just ‘Can you make it work?’”

Jackson said he would be willing to take one of the Doctor's arch-nemeses as payment to direct the episode, and Moffat said,

“We give him a Dalek and then he’ll direct an episode. That’s what he wants.”

So there you have it! One day Peter Jackson will direct a Doctor Who episode, and all it'll take is giving him a Dalek. The day that episode airs is going to be amazing!
