No cat is complete without a set of leather battle armor! If your cat was born for battle and doesn't lay around sleeping all day, then you can turn them into a proper warrior cat with this armor!

Completely hand-made from durable veg-tan leather, this is no mere costume piece. Your cat will become an unstoppable force for slaughter in this fully articulated suit, shielding him/her from foes while allowing unimpeded movement across the battlefield or living room floor. The imposing torso section features several riveted, articulated plates and a terrifying rack of dorsal spines. Your cat's hindquarters are sheathed beneath exquisitely arrayed overlapping scales stitched to a soft leather backing, adorned with nickel silver dome rivets. Midnight black scales and plates are finished with a glossy protective coat and seamlessly join together like the petals of a deadly flower. Adjustable at the collar with elastic and two nickel silver buckles, and at the belly with grommeted corset-style lacing for a secure, comfortable fit.

Trailer for Dan Fogler's Psychedelic Comedy DON PEYOTE

trailer-for-dan-foglers-psychedelic-comedy-don-peyote.jpg

This is the first trailer of Dan Fogler's crazy looking indie comedy Don Peyote. This film just seems insanely out there, but it's got a great cast that includes Anne Hathaway, Jay Baruchel, Dean Winters, Josh Duhamel, Daniel Pinchbeck, Yang Miller, and more.

The story follows "a man's decent into perceived madness as he goes on a journey to unravel the fabric of status-quo society. Fogler's leading character, Warren Allman, dives deep down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories, secret societies, and counter culture to try and figure out what’s really happening in our world and who is pulling the strings."

This looks like one of those really weird movies that I'm going to enjoy watching. There's no doubt they had fun making it. Check out the psychedelic trailer below!

GTA 4 Kids Is Adorable, but in All the Wrong Ways

Before we get started, no, this is actually not for kids, so please don't save this to your view later list thinking this would be good father/mother son bonding time. With that out of the way however, this is just fantastic, and as a parent who has watched way too much Dora, Barney, Diego, Bananas in Pajamas, etc ad nauseam, Nacho Punch nailed the constant repetition of those shows brilliantly. I'm a sucker for the animation style as well, and couldn't help but laugh at the fact that Michael can't even catch a break in an animated version of GTA. Poor guy. Regardless of Michael's luck, I'm hoping this isn't the last we see of this series, and if you feel the same way, show the creator some love over at his YouTube page.

Let's face it, every Doctor Who fan needs a TARDIS shower rack! So to get yours head on over to Think Geek! It's only $44.99. Who knows, maybe The Doctor will step out of it and into the shower with you.

There's basically never a situation where you are pleasantly surprised by the size of your shower or tub. It happens sometimes in hotels, but if you're buying or renting a place to live, you either are fully aware of how amazing it is when you first see it or it seems a little smaller when you get in it than you remember. In other words, most shower stalls are TARDISes in reverse.

Free up some of the limited space in your bathroom by adding your own TARDIS to the mix. This Doctor Who Shower Caddy is designed to wrangle the stuff that normally teeters precariously across various ledges in the shower area. It loops over your showerhead to provide additional space for your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, razor, rubber duckie with a fez, and various other bathtime necessities.

Dane DeHaan on Harry Osborn's Story Arc in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2

In a recent interview with Digital SpyDane DeHaan discussed Harry Osborn's character arc in Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man 2. I've always like this character, and I'm looking forward to seeing exactly how he'll be portrayed in this film.

"When you first meet Harry he's just graduated from high school, and he has to come back to New York to help deal with Oscorp, and its legacy, and his father [Norman Osborn, played by Chris Cooper]. He also sees Peter Parker for the first time in a long time; they were childhood friends. So it's really about Harry having a friendship with Peter and an allegiance to Peter, but also being the heir apparent to Oscorp, and having to deal with that.

"It's becoming very obvious that all of these villains are originating from within Oscorp, in one way or the other. There are things that Harry feels he owes Peter, and things he needs from Peter, there are things he feels he needs from Spider-Man, and then there's his responsibility to Oscorp. It's a very complicated storyline, really cool and dynamic."

From the trailers we've seen for the film, we know for a fact that Harry will be the Green Goblin, but it sounds like things will be even more complicated than that, which is awesome! Crazy complications always make for a more interesting story.

The movie is set to be released on May 2nd, 2014.

Brilliant LORD OF THE RINGS and HOBBIT Prints from Matt Ferguson

Artist Matt Ferguson has created a couple of brilliantly cool illustrations inspired by The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies. He is producing them with a letterpress! The poster above is called "One Ring to Rule them All," the one below is called "There and Back."

This is what Matt had to say about the project over on Collective Cult,

"I always liked the circular nature of the adventures in the Hobbit and Lord Of The Rings stories, how by the end of the adventure everything is set right and the Hobbits go back home the way they came. So I found myself thinking about how that would make a good piece of art, the perfect summation of “There And Back Again”. Once the idea popped into my head it all seemed so simple, why not make it all one piece with the ring and then the different locations/events that happen on the outside of it all going round in circle. I then applied the same idea to the Hobbit but instead of using a ring I thought it would be cool to use a hexagon motif, as it reminded me of the angular aspect of Dwarf society, it also just so happened that I could fit some dwarf writing into that shape better as well. I really couldn’t believe no one had come up with a similar idea before! I love it when a plan comes together."

The prints will go on sale on Matt’s store this Friday, January, 10th….at a random time., and make sure to follow Matt on Twitter.

A couple years ago a creepy trailer was released for a fake film called Clown. It was turned into a feature film produced by Eli Roth and directed by Jon Watts. We now have an official nightmarish trailer for the film that has been completed.

The story follows a father (Andy Powers) who puts on a clown suit for his son’s birthday. Of course, the suit is cursed, he can’t get out of it, and it starts to turn him into a real clown monster. This movie actually looks pretty awesome for a horror film, and I want to see it!

The film premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last year and has yet to find distribution. Thanks to The Film Stage for the trailer!

ARROW - 2 New Clips and Spoiler Info

arrow-2-new-clips-and-spoiler-info.jpg

If you're like me, then you've been impatiently waiting for next Wednesday to see where Arrow is headed after that crazy midseason finale! We already teased a little bit of info earlier in the week about Felicity, now we have two new clips and more spoilers for what to expect the next couple episodes. Watch the clips for the upcoming "Blast Radius" and read below for the spoilers going forward from there.

So what can we expect following the return of Arrow? Well judging from the IMDB page and Comicbook Movie, we know for sure Roy will begin training as Red Arrow at some point! New villains appear and old ones return (Bronze Tiger), the hunt for Brother Blood, and Laurel gets arrested for drug abuse after getting to close to the truth! Sadly very little information was delved out on Slade in the synopsis, but I'm sure we will see plenty of what led to his downfall. I'm so ready for next Wednesday after hearing this!

$30K Spent to Turn Basement into the USS Enterprise

Line Rainville is one hell of a hardcore Star Trek fan! She's such a huge fan that she ended up spending $30,000 on transforming her basement into the USS Enterprise. She re-created parts of the Enterprise bridge, transporter room, recreation room, observation deck, and even Spock's quarters from the '60s era series. She put a lot of work into this thing, and she seems very happy with it. You can read the details about how this all came about here if you're interested.

Shia LaBeouf Announces His Retirement

$

shia-labeouf-announces-his-retirement.jpg

Shia LaBeouf has had a rough couple of weeks recently. He released a short film that turned out to be plagiarized from the work of Daniel Clowes. LaBeouf apologized, but then it turned out that apology was also plagiarized and that lead to a sky written apology. Then there were a bunch of arguments about the creative process as a whole. This has all led to LaBeouf announcing his retirement on Twitter, saying,

In light of the recent attacks against my artistic integrity, I am retiring from all public life.

My love goes out to those who have supported me.

#stopcreating

I imagine he'll be back at some point, but wouldn't it be something if he actually did just kind of disappear. We always hear actors and directors say they are going to retire only to never really retire. Some people think this whole thing is a performance act, but only time will tell. It seems like there are a lot of people out there that wouldn't mind seeing LaBeouf retire forever.

Steven Moffat Describes New Doctor as Crazy, Dangerous, and Difficult

steven-moffat-describes-new-doctor-as-crazy-dangerous-and-difficult-social.jpg

Steven Moffat sat down with Doctor Who Magazine and elaborated more on the personality of "new" Doctor Peter Capaldi. In it he said not to expect the brilliant, good boyfriend types that David Tennant and Matt Smith had portrayed, but something a little more mad (I'm guessing UK slang for crazy), dangerous, and difficult. His full statement can be read below.

“Our vague idea is… the last two Doctors have been brilliant, and have been your ‘good boyfriend’ Doctors. But the Doctor isn’t always like that. There is the sort of Tom Baker, Christopher Eccelston end of the spectrum, where he is mad and dangerous and difficult.”

Well I'm certainly glad there isn't going to be any sexual tension between the new doctor and Clara Oswald, that would get strange, but I do like the change in personality as well. He also said characters like Madame Vastra, her lover Jenny, and the idiotic but lovable Saturian Strax will be appearing in the first episode and that it will be strange indeed when they meet the new doctor! Cool to see them back, but I was pretty sure they died on Trenzalore... I wish someone would explain this. my timeline of what has and hasn't happened is all screwed up.

Paul Walker Replaced in Films AGENT 47 and THE BEST OF ME

Via: Variety and Deadline

Before his tragic, untimely death Paul Walker was set to star in a couple of upcoming films in development. Those films were the Hitman sequel Agent 47 and the adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks novel The Best of Me. Walker's replacements for those films have been announced.

Homeland star Rupert Friend will star in Agent 47, which is a sequel to the 2007 Hitman video game adaptation starring Timothy Olyphant. The movie is set to be directed Aleksander Bach from a script written by Skip Woods and Michael Finch.

Then there's James Marsden, who will star alongside Michelle Monaghan in The Best of Me. The story is about "two former high school sweethearts reunited after 20 years apart, when they return to their small town for the funeral of the beloved friend. Their bittersweet reunion reignites the sparks, but the forces that drove them apart back then still get in the way."

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLIDER - 4 New Photos

Captain America: The Winter Solider looks amazing! It's one of my most anticipated films of the year, and today we've got a few new photos from it to show you, one of which features Cap in his World War II outfit running along side Falcon. While talking to The LA Times, Chris Evans discussed the pain he went through in making this sequel,

“I’ve been more hurt on this movie than I ever have. I haven’t broken a bone, but you get hurt. There was a bunch of fight sequences on this movie where you’re like, ‘Wow, I just destroyed my knee today doing the same roll four or five times,’ but nothing that ice and Advil can’t fix, I suppose.”

He went on to talk about his character, saying,

“For Steve, it’s about what is right. He’s relatively acclimated to the modern day — it’s not tech shock anymore, he’s not just like, ‘What’s a cellphone?’ It’s more about, given his situation, given the company he works for, what are we doing that’s the right thing? How much privacy, civil liberties are we willing to compromise for security? It’s pretty crazy how relevant it is right now.”

Evans then talked about his relationship with Anthony Mackie's Falcon,

“Meeting [Anthony] Mackie’s character, he used to serve, now he works at the VA counseling guys who come home with PTSD — they connect on that level. I think they’re both wounded warriors who don’t bleed on other people. Cap has no one to bleed on. I think Mackie knows how to handle people like that. … Sometimes when things are bad, trusting a stranger is the way to go.”

The movie is set to be released on April 4th, 2014, and I have no doubt in my mind that the movie is going to be completely awesome! I'm expecting nothing less.

Breaking Bad's Jesse Plemons Up For Lead in STAR WARS: EPISODE VII

breaking-bads-jesse-plemons-up-for-lead-in-star-wars-episode-vii.jpg

Breaking Bad and Friday Night Light's co-star Jesse Plemons is up for a lead role in J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: Episode VII! Plemons is a solid young actor. I've enjoyed watching him in the series that he's been in, and it would be really interesting to see him in the Star Wars universe.

The news comes from The Wrap who says that the actor is scheduled to meet with Abrams next week to discuss the sequel. Sources say that he has "already taped an audition that was well-received by those involved in the casting process, and he’ll by flying in to Los Angeles from Austin, Texas for a second audition that will bring him face-to-face with Abrams."

The site claims that Plemons is not only up for the coveted role but is "a favorite" to land it, and that "a third individual confirmed that Plemons is in the running and a serious contender." There's no word on who he would be playing in the film, but I can't help but think he would be up for the part of Luke Skywalker's son. Whoever he ends up playing, I hope he gets the part. He also co-starred in Battleship and The Master.

Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford are all expected to reprise their roles. There have also been rumors of Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Sullivan Stapleton being up for roles in the movie, but as of right now nothing is official.

Star Wars: Episode VII comes out on December 18th, 2015.

The latest photo from the new animated series Star Wars Rebels features the villain the Inquisitor with a couple of Stormtroopers for backup. The character has been tasked by the Emperor with hunting down and killing the remaining Jedi Knights.

The highly anticipated series is set between the events of Episode III and IV -- "an era spanning almost two decades never-before explored on-screen. It takes place in a time where the Empire is securing its grip on the galaxy and hunting down the last of the Jedi Knights as a fledgling rebellion against the Empire is taking shape."

The show looks like it's going to pretty awesome, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I love The Clone Wars, but I honestly believe that this series could be even better. Everything I've seen and heard from it has been pretty fantastic.

Incredible Combinations of Marvel and DC Heroes

Doubleleaf really outdid himself with this DC and Marvel combination of heroes! Of course he wasn't the first to do it after the DC vs. Marvel confrontation led to the Amalgam universe fusing the characters. While Batman and Captain America is a pretty solid combination, the original pairing was Wolverine and Batman to create Dark Claw which was... it was a thing of beauty. I will say that DC and Marvel completely missed the boat on a Hulk Flash, which is an entirely too broken superhero but also insanely awesome!
