Radical WALKING DEAD / TMNT Custom Made Action Figures

Check out this awesome set of custom made Walking Dead Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures! They were created at Goose360 on Figure Realm. The characters included in the set are Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon, Merle Dixon, and Michonne and her pet Walkers. These figures turned out so cool! Walking Dead and TMNT fans are sure to love them! I'm looking forward to seeing what this toy artist comes up with next!

Daryl Dixon repaint/color scheme as a TMNT, with crossbow and motorcycle (also TMNT), repainted and washed.

TMNT + Rick Grimes, paint and wash, add a hand canon. Hope to pull off the Rick look without the hat, I am saving that for Carl.

Had these on the back burner for awhile, but had to complete them after the most recent TWD episode.

This was a must. Walkers came out great - I used liquid latex, and then tore it up with my scriber tool, painted over it and added blood to give the real torn skin looking effect. Goes great with my Daryl and Merle set.

Iron Man Will Have "Big Part" in AVENGERS 2 and IRON MAN 4 Is Expected

After people see Iron Man 3, they will wonder what Iron Man's role will be in the upcoming Marvel movie universe, specifically in The Avengers 2. It's still unclear whether or not Robert Downey Jr. will be back in the role, but he did reveal recently that he's renegotiating his contract. Whatever happens with that it doesn't change the fact that the character Tony Stark will be back. According to Marvel President Kevin Feige, Tony will have a big part to play in Joss Whedon's The Avengers 2. He also says that they have yet to decide on when we might see a fourth Iron Man movie.

Some of the cast members of Iron man 3, including Gwyneth Paltrow, have said that they don't think there will be an Iron Man 4. When Feige was asked about that, this is what he revealed...

Well, no, I think people say that because we’re not developing Iron Man 4. Currently, as you may imagine, Iron Man is a big part of Avengers 2 and that’s what we’re focusing on and what Joss (Whedon) is focusing on. So where we go after that remains to be seen, but certainly, Avengers 2 being the next appearance, the next storyline for Iron Man. Do I think there will be another Iron Man movie? Of course I do. Who will be in that movie and who will be a part of that movie? Who knows? And how far down the line will it be? Will it be right after Avengers 2, will it be a few years after Avengers 2? Who knows? For as advanced as we are in terms of the advanced planning that we do, we’re already looking out to 2015, 2016 and that’s further than most people look out. Beyond that, we’re still not sure.

At least we know Iron Man will for sure be back for more action with The Avengers, and that a fourth Iron Man is eventually going to happen. It might not be for awhile though. Feige then goes on the talk about Edgar Wright's Ant-Man, and why he's determined to bring it to the big screen.

Well, it’s for a couple of reasons. The primary reason is because I met a very talented filmmaker who was about my age almost ten years ago, we got along very well. He had a movie called Shaun of the Dead which hadn’t come out yet and he said he really wanted to meet to talk about Ant-Man… and this was even before we were on the studio. This was just at the dawn of us even discussing becoming our own studio. But we met with him, he had a cool idea and when we became our own studio, we hired him and Joe Cornish, who as you know, went on to do Attack the Block and become a very talented filmmaker in his own right. At the time he hadn’t done much at all but we really believed in him and we believed in Edgar and they delivered a draft that was sort of unlike anything we’d done before that was sort of wholly Edgar and wholly Marvel and a very fun spin on the Ant-Man mythology. And if you’ve seen the in-progress test we showed at Comic-Con last year and there’s been some clips of it we’ve released. People go like, 'Ant-Man, is that a joke? What happens? He talks to ants?' And Edgar and his team put together this test of basically just Ant-Man going down the hallway and it is so kick-ass and so bad-ass, people instantly go, 'Oh, I get it! Now we see what it can be.' And that of course is only 1% of what the movie is, but it’s certainly enough to get people to realize, 'Oh, that’s why you’ve been thinking about this for so long.'

Feige is then asked an interesting question about the Star Wars movies and if it will mean less Marvel movies get released.

Well, we’ll see. We’re definitely doing our own thing and that’s what’s been so great about the relationship with Disney. As they said, 'We’re purchasing Marvel because we like what you’re doing.' Keep doing it. And that’s been three years now and that’s certainly what they’ve allowed us to do, so I hope that means I can get into an advanced screening of a new Star Wars movie, that’d be fun (laughs) but I don’t know how much more it will effect us than that.

Hopefully it doesn't affect them because I really would love to see the same amount of Marvel movies that are being made per year continue.

Impressive Custom Made TRANSFORMERS Costume!

This custom made "Blot" Transformers costume is one of the best and most insanely detailed Transformers costumes that I've seen. It was created by YouTuber derepentignymarc, and as you'll see in these photos and video, the thing turned out ridiculously cool! The only thing is doesn't do is actually transform. The eyes and mouth parts move though; the mask slides up and down automatically, and it has some light and smoke effects. Oh -- and the arms can be moved via remote control.

MEN IN BLACK 4 Moves into Development

Sony Pictures is moving forward on developing Men in Black 4, and they've hired Oren Uziel to write the script. He will start working on it as soon as he's finished with 21 Jump Street 2.

I enjoyed Men in Black 3, and I think it would be fun to see a fourth one. There's no word on if Will Smith, Tommy Lee JonesJosh Brolin, or Emma Thompson will be back, but I imagine the studio will fight to get Smith back on board since the franchise wouldn't work without him. There's also no word on if director Barry Sonnenfeld would be back either.

It will be fun to see what kind of sci-fi adventure we see in the next movie!

What are your thoughts on Sony making another Men in Black movie?

Homemade Hammer of THOR Generates 80,000 Volts of Electricity!

So here's a fun little homemade fan replica of Thor's Hammer, Mjolnir... that can kill you. This guy built the hammer to generate 80,000 volts of heart stopping electricity. It was made by YouTuber hackaday, and I can't help but think that one day this thing is going to seriously hurt someone. I included a video that walks you through the process of making one, but I highly suggest that you don't, especially if you don't want to die.

I wanted Thor's hammer (Mjolnir), but I wasn't going to accept any old boring plastic prop. I needed something with a little more POP.

I worked with Staci Elaan to build this hammer that has a solid state tesla coil inside. When you push the button, 80,000 volts of electricity arc from the top.

It will light up any flourescent bulbs around, scare children, and leave the smell of ozone behind. It is super fun!

When he says it scares children, it makes me think that he's running around chasing after them with the hammer, threatening to strike them down with lightning.

Ben Stiller in Talks to Direct Robert Downey Jr.'s PINOCCHIO

Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. recently revealed that he would like to get Ben Stiller to direct his Pinocchio film project. The two worked together on Tropic Thunder, and Stiller recently directed The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty, which looks great. Tim Burton was attached to direct the movie at one point but ended up dropping out.

It's now being reported that Stiller is actually in talks to direct the movie. Nothing is set in stone yet, but they are already looking for writers to develop a script. Downey Jr. and his wife Susan are producing the film under their Team Downey banner. The actor would also star in the film as Geppetto, and the studio likes the new direction they are taking the story.

The story originated in Italian author Carlo Collodi's novel The Adventures of Pinocchio. The first half was originally a serial between 1881 and 1883, and then later completed as a book for children in February 1883. The story has been adapted several times for film over the years, but Disney's 1940 insanely creepy animated film is definitely the best known version. This new version will be live-action and will follow Geppetto as he embarks on a quest to reunite with his missing marionette.

Even though he's helmed quite a few films, Stiller isn't widely known for his directing work. This could be a good project to help people consider him as a director/actor... and not the other way around.

BLADE Back at Marvel: Reboot? And With Whom?

While there are no official plans yet, a betting man could wager that Marvel will eventually be moving forward with rebooting its recently regained franchises. Out of Punisher, Ghost Rider, and Daredevil, none has reached quite the financial success achieved by the Blade series. Wesley Snipes has been out of jail since April and is already back in acting, and reportedly in talks for Expendables 3. I'm sure he'd be good to sign on, but does Marvel need him?

You might say, "Of course. HE IS BLADE." Exactly my thoughts when I first thought of the question. When people think of a sword wielding vampire hunter, he's the guy that enters everyone's mind...well at least most our minds.

The original movie came out in 1998, and while there were sequels, today's Jon Smith 18 year old (born in 1995) might never have seen the film or be able to tell you much about the Marvel hero. Maybe I'm wrong. I saw Spiderman when I was 13, and ten years later they've already rebooted on me, so I don't see a continuation of the current franchise of movies.

What does dated have to do with Snipes? Nothing really, but it's really hard to start off a new franchise with the same lead actor that was there from the beginning. As much as I love him in the role, I don't think Hollywood should continue on with the current franchise after Blade: Trinity...which I think many of us can agree on.

If you take Snipes out of the equation, who do you replace him with? Sticky Fingaz from the failed television series? Or do you hit the star search for a fresh face? It is enough questions to wonder if the series should be brought back to begin with.

Will Wesley Snipes forever be your Blade, or is there anyone else you'd like to see in the role? Should Blade even be rebooted?

STAR TREK 3 Could Involve Klingons and Benedict Cumberbatch

While promoting Star Trek Into Darkness in London, writer Damon Lindelof was cornered by HeyUGuys and asked about what we can expect to see in a third Star Trek movie. Surprisingly, he had some interesting answers for them! He revealed that while they were making the first movie, they already had plans for the second film. He added that it's a "reasonable conclusion" that they already have ideas for Star Trek 3. After some prodding, he went into some specifics saying,

You can never see enough Klingons, and I think in this film we’ve given the audience a little taste, but there’s also a promise that there’s a larger conflict on the horizon, and that would be fun to see.

From what it sounds like, Into Darkness is setting up a third film in which the Klingons will be the main villains in the story. We all knew it would eventually happen, and it sounds like they're working up to it. Of course, there's no confirmation of this, but it's safe to assume that's what is happening. They then ask if Benedict Cumberbatch would be back to reprise his role in the third movie, and this was his response...

To answer that question would be to determine whether or not he actually survives this movie, but if he survives this movie, I think that we would be incredibly stupid to not use him again.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see if he survives or not! If he does, then it sounds like he'll be back. The big question is, will J.J. Abrams come back to direct it? I'd have to say it's a long shot, especially since Paramount is going to want to release the third film by the 50th anniversary of Star Trek in 2016. I don't see how Abrams can do it because he'll be buried in Star Wars production.

Showtime has released another new trailer for the eighth and final season of Dexter! It also includes a first look at the network's new series Ray Donovan. Both shows are set to premiere on Sunday June 30th. Dexter has been an incredible show to watch over the years. I'm sad to see it go, but I'm also excited to see how it all ends!

The story for Dexter "begins six months after LaGuerta’s murder – and Dexter is still managing life as a dad, brother, and serial killer. As Deb struggles to deal with the consequences of her actions, a mysterious woman comes to work with Miami Metro, offering first-hand information on Dexter’s past."

The series stars Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, Desmond Harrington, C.S. Lee, Aimee Garcia, David Zayas, Geoff Pierson, and James Remar.

European fans go ahead and "SMH" all around. Americans, I'm sure most of you Doctor Who fans have heard something about Billie Piper's (companion Rose Tyler) show Secret Diary of A Call Girl and been like "nice". Well, things just got more nice. Prior to starring as the 11th Doctor, actor Matt Smith had a pretty intense love scene with the popular companion on her show. You can see it in all the wibbly wobbley sexy wexyness below...but be warned it's a little NSFW. I mean...nothing hardcore or any parts visible, but you'll know what's up. How many Doctor Who sex jokes can you make before the end of the video?

David Slade to Direct Psychological Thriller THE WIDOW

30 Days of Night and Hard Candy director David Slade is set to direct a psychological thriller called The Widow, which was written by The Crazies screenwriter, Ray Wright.

The story "centers on a young woman who befriends a lonely widow only to discover that their encounter was not a coincidence."

Slade has been attached to various projects over the years such as DaredevilVillain, Matched and Coward. We know that Daredevil isn't happening, but I'm not sure what's going on with any of those other movies he's been attached to. There's been no new updates on them since the initial announcements.

I think Slade is a talented director, so I hope we get to see a new movie from him soon. The movie is set up at Vendome, and CEO/Producer Philippe Rousselet had this to say in a statement,

We are thrilled to be working on this piece with David. He is such a dynamic filmmaker, and we are excited about his vision to make this movie a throwback to some of the most iconic thrillers in cinematic history -- not to mention the two females leads being the strongest and most interesting we have seen in some time.

Marvel Actively Working on DOCTOR STRANGE Movie!

Art by Christian John Sabarre

Like all of you, I'm enjoying the hell out of what Marvel is doing with their cinematic universe, but there are still so many characters that have yet to get their own movie. In my mind, one of the most deserving characters is Doctor Strange, and it looks like Marvel is finally getting to work on it! In a recent interview with ColliderKevin Feige was asked about whether or not they are actively working on the movie, and this was his answer...

Dr. Strange is something that I talk about often and it’s sort of next up for us to dig into and explore. Our executive producer of Iron Man 3, having done Captain America: The First Avenger and as that was finishing he started working on the bones that would become Iron Man 3, and now that he’s finished with Iron Man 3, he’s working on the bones that would become Doctor Strange. Now that Iron Man 3 is finished, some of our quote-unquote spare time is going to be devoted to trying to crack Strange.

He's then asked when we would see Doctor Strange enter their Marvel movie universe, and this is what he said!

As we look past 2015, past Avengers 2 and Ant-Man, I think Dr. Strange should be one of the next movies in the years following that.

This is one of my favorite characters, and it's exciting to know that it will possibly be released in the studio's third phase!
