Sean Astin on Why He Believes THE GOONIES 2 Will Happen One Day

$

Last year the possibility of a Goonies sequel got really serious when director Richard Donner said that there was a 1000% chance that it would happen. It was then reported Steven Spielberg had written a story, but that story still needed to be polished. The last update we had came from producer Frank Marshall, in which he said:

“[The Goonies 2] in discussion. [Donner's] talked to us about it, and we’ve talked to him. It’s all about the story. We don’t just do sequels to do them. The story has to be there.
“You don’t want to disappoint the fans by just doing a schlocky movie. You want to do a real legitimate movie. It’s not going to be a sequel. In the Amblin spirit of Goonies, that’s what has to be.”

Now it seems like there actually might be something brewing. Over the weekend, Sean Astin tweeted a message to his fans saying that he’d be returning for the sequel. It was vague, but definitive. He then deleted the tweet. It sounds like he said something prematurely. Then yesterday he took to Facebook to talk about his thoughts on the sequel and explains why he believes that one day it will happen. This also serves as damage control for the tweet that he sent out.

"I have always believed that there will be a Goonies Sequel, because Steven Spielberg told me in 1988 that he wanted to make one. Richard Donner has said that it is in the works. Warner Brothers is enjoying a very successful merchandising experience with the 'title.' If it gets made in my lifetime, I will root for it, whether I'm in it or not. If it gets made after I'm no longer here to be in it or to watch it, I still know in my heart, guts, wherever, the it will get made. The fact that I'm asked about it everywhere I go is amusing. The fact that people just make stuff up about it, also hilarious. Now, I have said all I am going to say on the subject until 5 minutes from now when another Goonies loving neighbor wants me to give them the inside scoop. Spoiler, no scoop."

Astin previously stated that he was so sure that a Goonies sequel would happen that he would bet his children on it. There is obviously something happening behind-the-scenes. It would be great if we got some kind of official confirmation or official denial so that we could put this thing to rest.

As a fan of The Goonies, I would love to see where these characters are in their lives, and how awesome would it be to see the gang back together again for another Goonies adventure? Of course, if nothing happened at all, that would be fine, too. If they did move forward with something, I'd much rather see a sequel than a reboot.

This Japanese Anime Gundam Commercial For Toyota is Amazingly Slick

Why can't America have awesome commercials like this Japanese anime car ad for Toyota? I'm not a big Toyota guy, but this commercial is pretty kick-ass. It was created by Sunrise Studios, and if more commercials were as entertaining and cool as this, people might just want to actually watch them!

ENCHANTED 2 Still In The Works at Disney, New Title Revealed

$

0

Enchanted was something of a surprise hit back in 2007 when it made over $340 million worldwide on an $85 million budget. Disney began developing a sequel back in 2010, and a couple of years ago we heard an update about new writers coming on board the project, but it's been quiet since then. Now Collider is reporting that the movie is still in the works, and it has a new title: Disenchanted.

Anne Fletcher (The Proposal, The Guilt Trip) is still attached to direct, but it's unclear who's on writing duty at this stage in the project's development. Also unclear is which members, if any, from the original cast might come back to reprise their roles. The original film, which used a delightful blend of live-action and animation to tell a story about an animated Disney Princess who came to life in New York City, starred Amy Adams, James Marsden, Patrick Dempsey, Idina Menzel, and Susan Sarandon. Adams has seemed open to the idea of returning in the past, but we'll have to see how the timing on this works out; I'm speculating here, but by the time the script gets where it needs to be and this film receives an official greenlight from Disney, she may be too busy starring as Lois Lane in the two-part Justice League movies to return here. Hopefully she'll be able to fit it in sometime down the line.

Funny New Trailer For Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion's CON MAN

A new trailer has been released Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion's web-series Con Man. This show looks hilarious, and it will be available for viewing tomorrow on Vimeo. One of the cooler things that I noticed in the trailer is that Felicia Day plays Tudyk's assistant in the story. As I dug for some more information on her character, I came across a clip you can watch that introduces her character into the series over on THR, and it seems like she'll be a very funny addition to the show.

I'm excited to see how this series turns out. To learn a little bit more about the series before you watch it, you can watch the Comic-Con panel that took place in San Diego earlier this summer right here

Con Man centers on the post-show life of Wray Nerely (Alan Tudyk) the co-star of “Spectrum,” a sci-fi series, which was canceled before its time and went on to become a cult classic beloved by fans. Wray’s good friend, Jack Moore (Nathan Fillion) starred as the series Captain and has gone on to become a major celebrity, while Wray (Tudyk) hasn’t found his desired level of stardom. Wray is the begrudging guest of sci-fi conventions, comic book store appearances, and different pop culture events; however, everything is not as it seems from the outside. The series will explore these events and all the weird and crazy things that happen to them along the way.
Con Man also features a plethora of Sci-Fi’s biggest personalities including: Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica), Amy Acker (Person of Interest), Gina Torres (Firefly, Suits), Sean Maher (Firelfly, Eastsiders), Seth Green (Family Guy/Austin Powers), Mindy Sterling (Austin Powers), Jewel Staite, (Firefly), Summer Glau (Firefly, Terminator: SCC), Sean Astin (Lord of The Rings), James Gunn, and Joss Whedon.

For those of you who want to pre-order the series in preparation for tomorrow's premiere, you can click on the link in the trailer embed below.

BOYHOOD Star Ellar Coltrane Heads to THE CIRCLE With Tom Hanks and Emma Watson

James Pondsolt's The Circle sounds like it's right up my alley: a tech thriller with a great premise from a director I like (Pondsolt directed Smashed and The Spectacular Now, among others), starring an excellent cast (Tom Hanks, Emma Watson, John Boyega, Patton Oswalt). Now the movie is adding yet another talented young actor to the mix, as THR reports Boyhood star Ellar Coltrane has joined the production.

The Circle is based on Dave Eggers' 2013 novel, and it centers on a woman hired at a Google/Facebook-like tech giant and her discovery about the erosion of privacy that's occurring there. Check out this synopsis:

When Mae Holland is hired to work for the Circle, the world’s most powerful internet company, she feels she’s been given the opportunity of a lifetime. The Circle, run out of a sprawling California campus, links users’ personal emails, social media, banking, and purchasing with their universal operating system, resulting in one online identity and a new age of civility and transparency.
As Mae tours the open-plan office spaces, the towering glass dining facilities, the cozy dorms for those who spend nights at work, she is thrilled with the company’s modernity and activity. There are parties that last through the night, there are famous musicians playing on the lawn, there are athletic activities and clubs and brunches, and even an aquarium of rare fish retrieved from the Marianas Trench by the CEO. Mae can’t believe her luck, her great fortune to work for the most influential company in the world — even as life beyond the campus grows distant, even as a strange encounter with a colleague leaves her shaken, even as her role at the Circle becomes increasingly public. What begins as the captivating story of one woman’s ambition and idealism soon becomes a heart-racing novel of suspense, raising questions about memory, history, privacy, democracy, and the limits of human knowledge.

Watson is playing Mae, while Hanks, Boyega, and Oswalt are playing the founders of the company. Coltrane, who made waves with his performance over twelve years in Richard Linklater's much-loved film, will play Mae's ex-boyfriend, who attempts to go off the grid and escape the grasp of the Circle's technology. Production is already underway, so hopefully we'll see this one in theaters sometime in 2016. I can't wait.

International Trailer For THE JUNGLE BOOK Features Cool New Footage

international-trailer-for-the-jungle-book-features-cool-new-footage

A new international trailer has been released for Jon Favreau's The Jungle Book, and it features a good amount of great-looking new footage from the film. This version of the story looks like it's is going to be extremely faithful to Disney's classic animated film. As a fan of that movie, I couldn't be more excited for this live-action/CG animated adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s timeless story. This new trailer shows off even more new footage from the movie, but it's not in English. That's OK, though. You already kind of know what is going on and being said from the previous trailer.

The Jungle Book is an all-new live-action epic adventure about Mowgli (newcomer Neel Sethi), a man-cub who’s been raised by a family of wolves. But Mowgli finds he is no longer welcome in the jungle when fearsome tiger Shere Khan (voice of Idris Elba), who bears the scars of Man, promises to eliminate what he sees as a threat. Urged to abandon the only home he’s ever known, Mowgli embarks on a captivating journey of self-discovery, guided by panther-turned-stern mentor Bagheera (voice of Ben Kingsley), and the free-spirited bear Baloo (voice of Bill Murray). Along the way, Mowgli encounters jungle creatures who don’t exactly have his best interests at heart, including Kaa (voice of Scarlett Johansson), a python whose seductive voice and gaze hypnotizes the man-cub, and the smooth-talking King Louie (voice of Christopher Walken), who tries to coerce Mowgli into giving up the secret to the elusive and deadly red flower: fire. The all-star cast also includes Lupita Nyong'o as the voice of the fiercely protective mother wolf Raksha, and Giancarlo Esposito as the voice of wolf pack’s alpha male Akela.

The Jungle Book swings into theaters on April 15th, 2016.

Ridley Scott Says He Knew About Water On Mars Months Ago

When NASA announced yesterday that Mars does have water, those of us in the film world wondered how the news would affect Ridley Scott's upcoming film The MartianIn an interview with The Guardian, Scott reveals that he knew about the big announcement "months ago":

“When I first talked to Nasa, we got into all kinds of stuff and I said: ‘So I know you’ve got [these] massive glaciers.’ And [they] said, ‘Yeah, that massive white thing [on the surface of Mars] that gets covered with dust, we think that’s ice ... And I said, ‘Wow! Does that mean there was an ocean? Are we right now what Mars was 750 m years ago?’ And they went, ‘Uh, good question.’ So they want to go up there and find out.”

Of course NASA told Scott this two months ago...long after The Martian had finished filming, but he's not all that worried about it. Despite the fact the film became "dated" just a few days before its release, Scott has no regrets, saying Matt Damon's character creating water is one of the more interesting sequences of the film. That being said, he did outline how he would've changed it had the information come to light sooner:

“He would have found the edge of a glacier, definitely. It would be fascinating..."

How GOTHAM Went From Good To Must-Watch This Season

**IF YOU AREN'T CAUGHT UP WITH SEASON 2 EPISODE 2 OF GOTHAM, YOU BEST NOT READ**

In its second episode of its second season, Gotham gave us what any other show would've labeled a season finale. There was blood, chaos, and everyone was on fire. It was a far cry from a year ago when I wrote off the show. I stopped watching shortly after the Jerome episode citing the following reasons...

  • The show relied too much on character recognition and teases
  • It felt like they were slipping into episodic format with a never-ending slew of cases with little progress.
  • Batman was 13.

Despite my protest, I became enamored with the promos for season 2 and decided to hop back on and binge the rest of the first season before season 2. The latter half of the first season was leaps and bounds above all that led up to it. Finally I saw story progression, and began to notice performances outside of the phenomenal Penguin performance Robin Lord Taylor still continues to crush. After three days, I decided Gotham was good enough for me to follow in its second season...at least until Arrow and The Flash come back.

This season thus far has turned the series from good enough to flat out "must-watch" for any superhero series fan. So much is already there this season that simply wasn't there in its first season.

Everyone Has Stepped Up Their Game

I personally think a lot of people on set got a little jealous for all the love RLT was getting for playing Penguin, because it seems like literally everyone has stepped their game up. At first Jerome annoyed me, but I learned to love him after the season premiere. Same goes for Cory Michael Smith, who has only recently won me over with his Edward Nygma. At first, Ben McKenzie aggravated me, as out of all performances, his seemed the most vanilla. This season it's almost his strength as he plays straight man to a city gone to hell. It makes sense that Gordon is the level head.

Someone specific I need to single out especially is David Mazouz aka young Bruce Wayne. I never thought watching someone become Batman would be entertaining, especially right as they become a teenager, but he has proven me wrong. While he doesn't have the strength, skills, and stealth, Mazouz does a very good job at showcasing the analytical and obsessive mind of Batman. Quite honestly, I think his Bruce Wayne is among the top three performances of the character, but really he's in his own league as no one's really shown this unique time in his life.

Of course the acting this season has only amplified with the addition of career character villain James Frain. Those unfamiliar should expect big things from him this season!

They've Found Their Formula

Watching the series, I was never entirely sure where Gotham drew its inspiration from. Was I watching a Nolan nephew, Schumacher sequel, or Burton backstory?

This is just my opinion, but I really think Gotham is the lovechild between Batman Forever and Batman Begins.

Gotham has moments where it's serious, dark, and foreboding. Moments like those and the general cinematography give me a Nolan vibe. On the flip side, you have that over the top chaos, the insanity of villains, and wild scenarios that feel more akin to Schumacher. Together we have a blending that becomes something that Batman and Robin never could pull off: camp with a serious flair.

They're Mixing Things Up

A lot of people had things to say when season one of Gotham concluded, but not too many were happy with the supposed changing of Batman's origin in which we were led to believe Bruce and Alfred had uncovered the Batcave. I applauded the change as it never really made sense that the Wayne family had this infinitely massive cave that Bruce was somehow able to electrically wire with no one even noticing a change in energy readings.

The same people who gripe about small changes like this would be applauding this series if it were written as an alternate universe comic. Don't take their words with weight — they need a reason to hate something everyone else loves for no other reason than to be contrarian. We've spent years watching Batman relive his origin again and again...I'm completely fine with some creative license being taken! It freshens things up and gives me something to anticipate as opposed to yawning and saying "I know where this is headed."

The Best Is Yet To Come

It's a bold move to end the second episode of your season killing off a bulk of the GCPD and immediately incapacitating the new commissioner. For those wondering what comes next, the famous line from The Dark Knight Rises comes to mind...

"He's a war hero...this is peace time."

We're about to fully see the war that brought Gotham to its knees, and what made Jim Gordon the straight-laced law man who stood in front of it all and fought against all odds. If that isn't exciting, I don't know what is.

So if by some chance you're someone who read this and hasn't kept up with the season, take it from me: it's more than worth your time to catch back up for what looks to be an awesome season.

Matt Damon Calls His Whitey Bulger Biopic An UNFORGIVEN-Style "Anti-Gangster" Film

$

Jack Nicholson's character in The Departed was partially inspired by Whitey Bulger, the infamous real-life New England gangster depicted by Johnny Depp in the new movie Black Mass (read Joey's review here). One of Nicholson's co-stars, Matt Damon, took an interest in Bulger's story and in 2011, Damon and Ben Affleck announced they were developing a biopic. Affleck would direct and Damon would play Bulger. But obviously they got a little sidetracked and Scott Cooper's Black Mass beat them to the punch. In a new interview with The Boston Globe, Damon talks about what his version of the story would have been like:

“Ben and I had an idea that we would do it more like ‘Unforgiven’ — which was the anti-western. We wanted to do the anti-gangster movie. I got a letter from somebody — from a writer in South Boston when [Bulger] got caught and we announced that we were going to do this story. He sent me this letter and he was like, ‘Don’t glorify this guy anymore. Just stop. Please. He caused so much damage to so many people.’
And so it didn’t sit well with me. And then as I thought more about it, and Ben and I talked about it, what we realized was there was a way to do a movie that really explored all of our complicity in the raising up of this guy. . . . And, look, I was in ‘The Departed,’ so I’m not knocking anybody. I’m just saying what our way in was going to be, and I think it’s very different than anything that’s been done before and I was really excited about it.
If we make it about our own complicity — like why do we celebrate this sociopathy, then that’s a place that hasn’t been mined . . . and it’s really interesting.”

I haven't seen Black Mass yet myself, but it's hard to deny that Damon's version sounds like a compelling take on a somewhat tired genre. If he and Affleck can find a way to crack this project, it sounds like it could be different enough that people would still be interested in checking out an alternate take in theaters a few years from now, especially with their star power behind it. Sounds good to me.

Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age of Ultron didn't get the same kind of love from the fans as his first Avengers film did. You know what, though? I still enjoyed the hell out of it, regardless of its faults. In the most recent episode of Honest Trailers, the Screen Junkies hilariously breaks down all of the disappointments of the film and points out how the fans pretty much broke Joss Whedon after it was released.

Relive the super-sized superhero sequel super set up to never be able to meet the super fans’ super huge expectations: Avengers: Age of Ultron!

If you loved the movie, and you don't like to hear people bash on it, don't worry. This Honest Trailer was made all in good fun.

Matthew Vaughn To Direct Terrorism Thriller I AM PILGRIM

$

0

The Hollywood Reporter has word that Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass) has signed on to direct a terrorism thriller called I Am Pilgrim for MGM. The film is based on Terry Hayes' bestselling spy novel, and Hayes also wrote the screenplay (you may know him as the screenwriter of Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, From Hell, Payback, Vertical Limit, and Dead Calm). Here's the synopsis:

Based on 2014's mammoth best seller, the story follows “Pilgrim,” code name for a man who doesn’t exist. The adopted son of a wealthy American family, he once headed up a secret espionage unit for U.S. intelligence. Now in anonymous retirement, he is called upon to lend his expertise to an unusual investigation but ultimately becomes caught in a terrifying race against time to save America from a cunning terrorist.

As with most espionage movies, the plot sounds like we've seen this kind of thing a bunch of times before, but it's all about the execution and Vaughn is a gifted filmmaker who can hopefully craft some memorable moments from this story. Naturally, MGM is hoping this will be the start of a franchise.

What does this do to the timetable for the sequel to Kingsman: The Secret Service? That remains to be seen. Production is scheduled to begin on I Am Pilgrim in 2016, and last we heard, Vaughn was still working on the script for Kingsman 2. If he's able to finish that quickly (or maybe if he's already done), he might be able to squeeze both movies in next year, but that's a tall order, even for the guy who brought X-Men: First Class from pre-production to final product in less than a year. I'd guess it'll be a while before we see that Kingsman sequel, though.

Friendships can feel larger than life when you're a kid, and things like loyalty and betrayal mean so much more to us at that stage of our lives because it's often the first time we're experiencing the direct consequences of them. Movies can tap into that nostalgic feeling in a multitude of ways, but one of the most tried and true is creating a story of two outcasts who become best buds. It's a formula that's been used dozens of times, some of which appear in Burger Fiction's new supercut, titled "Movie Kids Have The Best Friends."

THE EXORCIST Director Slams Idea of a Remake, and Now It's No Longer Happening

Last week, word came out that Morgan Creek Productions would be selling off its library of films and the company planned on remaking The Exorcist, Ace Ventura, and Major League. While the latter two still may happen, it seems like The Exorcist remake is thankfully dead before it even got going. Original director William Friedkin understandably wasn't thrilled about the news of a remake of his horror classic:

But then Morgan Creek responded, saying "Despite what was printed," they'd "NEVER EVER" try to remake Friedkin's movie. But this isn't a situation in which a quote was taken out of context or a rumor was conjured out of thin air; Morgan Creek's CEO specifically told Deadline that ideas were being developed for sequels. Uh, OK then. I guess the important thing is that a remake of The Exorcist isn't happening after all. It seems like it's all water under the bridge now and the two sides have made up:

HARRY POTTER Fans Can Actually Eat Christmas Dinner at The Real Hogwarts This Year

I'm not even a huge Harry Potter fan, but this is pretty freakin' cool.

According to Mashable, fans of J.K. Rowling's wizarding world as it appeared in the movies have the awesome opportunity to eat Christmas dinner in Hogwarts' Great Hall this year. For the first time ever, the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London is opening its doors from 6pm to midnight on December 3rd, 2015 for a one-night-only event in which fans will eat a two course meal on the actual set where they filmed the movie before exploring the rest of the studio.

As expected, it's a bit on the expensive side: it'll cost you about $350 per person. But it sounds like it'll be worth it for diehard Potter maniacs. You can get your tickets right here if you're interested. The official site has a cool breakdown of what the experience will be like:

The Hogwarts dining room will be dressed for the occasion with the original props used in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, including flaming Christmas puddings and hams studded with cherries. A wand will be waiting for you at your table and you’ll enjoy the first two courses of a delicious Christmas dinner with all the trimmings on the authentic set (vegetarian option also available).
After dinner, you’ll be able to:
  • Explore the Studio Tour, admiring sets such as the Gryffindor common room and the Weasley’s kitchen at The Burrrow, which will also be dressed as they were for winter scenes.
  • Enjoy a selection of three festive dessert bowls on Platform 9 ¾, alongside the original Hogwarts Express.
  • Drink Butterbeer in the backlot café and walk up the wizarding shopping street, Diagon Alley, before taking in the breathtaking Hogwarts castle model (covered in a layer of filmmaking snow especially for the festive season).
  • Finish the evening with music and dancing, with a bar provided for those who wish to purchase additional drinks.

If anyone ends up going to this, let us know how it is!

Nat Wolff Will Play Lead Role in Live-Action DEATH NOTE Film

An American adaptation of the Japanese manga series Death Note has been in the works for years, with people like Shane Black and Gus Van Sant once attached to direct. Now The Guest and You're Next director Adam Wingard has been tasked with bringing it to the big screen, and Variety reports that he's just found his star: Nat Wolff, who you may recognize from The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns.

For those who don't know, the story follows a high school student named Light Yagami, who finds a book called the Death Note which has the power to kill anyone whose name is written within it. Here's a more detailed description of the story:

Light Yagami is an ace student with great prospects - and he's bored out of his mind. But all that changes when he finds the Death Note, a notebook dropped by a rogue Shinigami death god. Any human whose name is written in the notebook dies, and now Light has vowed to use the power of the Death Note to rid the world of evil. But when criminals begin dropping dead, the authorities send the legendary detective L to track down the killer. With L hot on his heels, will Light lose sight of his noble goal...or his life? Light tests the boundaries of the Death Note powers as L and the police begin to close in. Luckily Light's father is the head of the Japanese National Police Agency and leaves vital information about the case lying around the house. With access to his father's files, Light can keep one step ahead of the authorities. But who is the strange man following him, and how can Light guard against enemies whose names he doesn't know?

I've never read the manga and haven't seen the anime or the trilogy of Japanese live action films, but I liked Wolff in Paper Towns and think he sounds like a decent fit for the character as described here. The most recent draft of the script was written by Jeremy Slater (The Lazarus Effect, Fantastic Four), and production is set to get underway in the spring. We'll be sure to keep you updated with more when we hear it. What do you think about this casting?

New Featurette For THE WALK Shows Why IMAX 3D "Was The Reason to Make The Movie"

Early reviews have arrived for Robert Zemeckis' new film The Walk, which tells the astonishing true story of Philip Petit (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a French tightrope walker who strung a wire between New York City's Twin Towers and attempted to walk across it with no safety net. Many of the reviews agree that the first two thirds of the movie are hit-or-miss, but once Zemeckis puts you up on the wire with Petit, it's a glorious experience. That's largely due to the film's presentation in IMAX 3D, and this new featurette shows why the director called the format "the reason to make the movie." Check it out below. The Walk opens in theaters tomorrow.

Ridley Scott Talks About BLADE RUNNER 2 and Even More Potential Sequels

$

Yahoo has a good interview with Ridley Scott about his new movie The Martian, but the most interesting stuff comes when they touch on the topics of Blade Runner 2 and his planned Prometheus sequels. When asked if he'd have final cut on director Denis Villenueve's Blade Runner 2, Scott said:

Oh, yeah. I mean, I always have final cut on everything, really. Partly because I’m very user-friendly. I always believe when you’re given X amount of money by someone to f–k around with and make a movie, you can’t draw lines in the sand. If I was an investor and you did that to me, I’d remove your ankles. So don’t do the auteur s–t. I respect the guy for giving the money and I respect the studio for saying, “Yeah, you want to do this, here we go.”

Since Scott is currently developing four sequels to Prometheus (a fact he didn't dispute in the interview), the reporter asked if he'd be doing the same thing for Blade Runner. Here's Scott's sort of depressing response:

Listen: Everyone else is, so why not? I love to work. The French say, “Work to live,” and I live to work. I’m very lucky to have a job that I adore. All my kids do the same thing. Some of it’s trying, but it’s like being in professional sport. It’s so competitive [that] you better keep bouncing the ball. You can’t rest.

Seems like a flimsy reason for making sequels, doesn't it? I guess he's just being honest, but I think fans might have been happier with a response more along the lines of, "we have a great story planned out and a real reason to revisit this universe" or something instead of just "why not?"

In any case, he teased a bit about what we can expect to see in Blade Runner 2 and the future of the franchise with star Ryan Gosling:

You once said he’s a Replicant in the first one.
Of course he’s a bloody Replicant! He’s going to have to admit it.
So don’t Replicants die after four years?
I’m not going to tell you. You’ll have to see the story. It’ll all make sense.
And you’re going to hand over the franchise to Ryan Gosling after that.
Yeah, yeah.

Prometheus 2 (which is actually going to be called Alien: Paradise Lost) begins filming in January of 2016, and Blade Runner 2 should be going before cameras sometime after that.
