DRAGON AGE INQUISITION: The Rundown On The Upcoming Trespasser DLC

0

original.jpg

Over the weekend, Bioware and EA announced the final piece of narrative content for Dragon Age Inquisition. Titled Trespasser, it is an epilogue of sorts that takes place two years after the events of Inquisition’s main story. It will only be available to those who have finished the game, and will reunite the group to take on a new Qunari threat, as well as the adverse point of views of the kingdoms of Orlais and Ferelden.

Warning: spoilers ahead.

The new DLC will also address the cliffhanger ending involving Solus, but not necessarily wrap the storyline up completely. This is seen as an epilogue, but the game isn’t going to tie up every single loose end. This will act as a seed for possible future games, which at this point aren't guaranteed.

There is a great deal of information in Game Informer's interview with Creative Director Mike Laidlaw, so it is worth a read in its entirety, but I’ve included some of the highlights here.

When asked why the time jump of two years, here is what Mike had to say:

"We wanted to make sure there was enough time for the political situation to have evolved. For the world to have dealt with some of the immediate fallout. The Inquisition is not disregarded by any means at this point, but there’s still the fact that they are a military organization, they have spies everywhere, and they were formed to deal with the crisis of Inquisition. It was such a fascinating thing to ask the questions, 'How would Ferelden react? How would Orlais react? What would happen in the later stage of this organization’s life?'"

Without a giant hole in the sky, it would be easy to assume that all of these organizations might start to fray in regards to their alliance. Events of this nature allow people to overlook their differences, but it is interesting to see what happens when the dust settles.

He also addressed some possible changes in your party depending upon your previous actions.

"For several of the characters, depending on where you took them with their personal plots, they may or may not appear at all. One that leaps to mind: If you didn’t really dig into Cole’s personality – if he remained a cipher – then he won’t appear in this. He won’t have that connection that would draw him back to the Inquisitor two years later."

He goes on to to flesh that out even more depending on if you chose a divine, or whether or not you took over keeps in certain lands. The consequences or benefits of your previous actions are always appreciated, especially when it comes to the keeps. In the early previews of the game, it seems these had a much greater impact on how your forces and characters played out.

In addition to the story content, there will also be another patch to the game that will benefit players in a few ways. The first bit is called The Golden Nug. Once you’ve completed a playthrough, it will allow you to sync all of your collectible items across all of your characters. I’m currently on my second, and I plan on doing a third at some point, so this will be extremely handy when it comes to things like schematics, potion recipes, mounts, and decorations for Skyhold. The great thing is that once the patch is out, even if you are in the middle of your play-through, this will be available, so you can immediately have access to it. I’m playing a second play-through for more story, different choices, a unique class, etc. — not to have to find all of these little things all over again. Truly welcomed addition.

IMAGE_02_EN.jpg
IMAGE_03_EN.jpg

Likewise, the patch will also introduce a wardrobe to your bedroom, allowing you up to 12 different outfits to choose from when traipsing around Skyhold or Haven. After awhile, the default beige pajama thing you have to wear is a bit off-putting, especially when having a conversation in the war room about something epic and serious. Again, a welcome sight.

The other thing that came out of all this is that another Dragon Age isn’t green lighted yet. The game cost a fair bit to make to be sure, but is considered a critical and commercial success. Upon release I assumed a sequel was a no-brainer, but the team has made it clear it isn’t a certainty.

The new content will release on September 8th.

Daniel Craig Talks James Bond's Sexism and Whether Or Not He'll Return For Another Film

0
0

Our culture has come a long way since the days of Sean Connery's version of James Bond slapping a woman on the ass and telling her to leave because he needs to have some "mantalk" with CIA agent Felix Leiter. (Yes, this really happened.)

The character of Bond arguably hasn't changed too much over the years, but actor Daniel Craig — who has portrayed the super spy in the previous three films and will once again reprise the role in this year's Spectre — hopes that his version has made a few improvements in a couple of different areas. He tells Esquire UK:

“Hopefully, my Bond is not as sexist and misogynistic as [earlier incarnations]. The world has changed. I am certainly not that person. But he is, and so what does that mean? It means you cast great actresses and make the parts as good as you can for the women in the movies.”

His iteration of the character definitely has a more complicated dynamic with women than any of the previous versions, especially when you see how his relationship with Vesper affects all of his interactions with women post-Casino Royale. Eva Green definitely had the best female role of the Craig-era Bond films so far, and I'm hoping Monica Bellucci or Lea Seydoux can at least come close with their characters in Spectre.

Craig knows that the romantic lifestyle of his character isn't ideal, and though men all over the world fantasize about being Bond, he doesn't make it sound so great:

“He’s very fucking lonely. There’s a great sadness. He’s fucking these beautiful women but then they leave and it’s… sad. And as a man gets older it’s not a good look. It might be a nice fantasy – that’s debatable – but the reality, after a couple of months…”

That's almost always been the reality of the character, and for me, Craig has been the only Bond able to bring that soulful element to him so the audience can really feel like he has an emotional core instead of just flippant with every woman he meets.

Meanwhile, years ago there were rumors that Craig had signed on for Spectre and one more Bond film, but in the Esquire interview, he plays dumb about the details of his deal:

“I don’t know,” he says. He really doesn’t know? “I really don’t know. Honestly. I’m not trying to be coy. At the moment I can’t even conceive it.”

Would he at least like to do another one? “At this moment, no. I have a life and I’ve got to get on with it a bit. But we’ll see.”

Well, Sam Mendes originally wasn't going to come back to direct Spectre, but he ended up doing that (though he claims it'll be his final Bond film, for real this time). I think whether Craig comes back depends largely on how Spectre ends and whether or not it directly sets up another sequel. We'll find out soon enough, since the film opens in American theaters on November 6th.

Three AMERICAN HORROR STORY: HOTEL Teasers Are Nightmare Fuel

FX has released three new teaser trailers for American Horror Story: Hotel and they tease the kind of nightmares that are in store for fans in this next installment of the series.

This upcoming season was inspired by a surveillance video from a Los Angeles-based hotel that surfaced two years ago. I don't know if you've heard about it or not, but the footage showed a girl in an elevator acting strange, and she ended up disappearing. You can watch that video here.

The story is set in a hotel in downtown L.A., where they "deal with a lot of American horrors, [including] addiction.” You can learn more about the characters and plot details here.

American Horror Story: Hotel stars Lady Gaga, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Wes Bentley, Matt Bomer, Chloë Sevigny, Denis O’Hare, Cheyenne Jackson, Evan Peters, and Finn Wittrock. The 13 episode season begins on October 7th!

SONS OF ANARCHY Parody Series SUBURBAN SONS Centers on a Gang of Dads

Suburban Sons is a funny comedy parody web series of Kurt Sutter's Sons of Anarchy. The series comes from Above Average, and it centers on the Willow Drive Devils. They are a gang of dads who bully soccer coaches to get into the club, as well as kidnap and terrorize their neighbors and keep them in line. Of course, since they don't have motorcycles, they cruise around in their cars and minivans.

The “Willow Drive Devils” deal out justice when people don’t mow their lawns properly, they sell Soda Streams out the back of their Hyundai vehicles and drive their cars at a kind-of-fast speed around the Target parking lot. Watch out.

Below you'll find a trailer and a couple of episodes that have already been released. Check 'em out and tell us what you think!

Amazon and Apple Make New Moves to Compete with Netflix

0

At this point, Netflix is still the champ in the battle for online supremacy when it comes to creating original content. Of the non-traditional networks, they've consistently created more engaging, better shows than their competition, and their streaming infrastructure has forever changed the way we watch and think about television. But their competitors aren't content with just sitting back and letting that happen.

Amazon Prime Video has announced that they've dropped the "Instant" from its name and decided to make a selection of content available for offline viewing for its customers, which is something Netflix has said they'll never do (for reasons that likely include the fact that their platform simply isn't set up for downloading, unlike Amazon, who is already equipped for that purpose). So the next time you have to get on a plane or take a long trip, Prime members can load up some of your favorite shows or movies and watch them even if you're not connected to the internet. That probably won't change the way Netflix does business, but it's another advantage for Amazon in a fiercely competitive market in which every single advantage helps.

In other news, Apple — who has stayed out of the original content battle — is apparently on the verge of finally making a move into that arena. Variety reports that the company "has held preliminary conversations in recent weeks with executives in Hollywood to suss out their interest in spearheading efforts to produce entertainment content." According to Variety's sources, Apple's plan is to create development and production divisions who will produce long-form streaming content to compete with Netflix, with the goal of being in operation next year.

This is still very early on in the process, so details are scarce, but Apple may also look into licensing content from Hollywood studios so they can stream that on Apple TVs and iTunes as well, using the combination of licensed material and original content to pull in viewers. There are still a lot of decisions to be made, and I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot more about this in the future, but while the folks at Netflix probably aren't too scared of these developments, they can't be thrilled with them. As in any capitalistic system, the more competition there is, the better it is for the consumer, so I'm excited to see how this could affect our viewing habits in the coming years.

Michael Shannon Clarifies Zod Flipper Comments and Discusses Krypton Ghosts

0
0

A couple of weeks ago, Michael Shannon made an interesting comment regarding Zod having flippers in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It sounded like crazy talk to me, and apparently that's exactly what it was. He was apparently joking when he said:

“I was in my costume, and I couldn’t use my fingers because in the sequel I have flippers instead of hands. So I had these wax flippers on my fingers, and I couldn’t open the door, and I could hear Zack [Snyder, the director] being like, 'Where’s Shannon? Where the fuck is he?' and the whole crew was standing around. I was like, knocking on the door with my flippers, 'Let me out of here!'”

When asked about the comment in an interview with The Daily Beast, Shannon clarified his statement:

“Somebody was asking me about this in New York and I made up some ridiculous bulls**t answer about how my character Zod has flippers, and this went viral on the Internet or something and people have been asking me about that. That is so obviously a complete bulls**t story, right? But people took it seriously.”

Of course, this statement could just be damage control for him revealing that he really does have flippers in the movie, which would, again, make no sense. The actor then went on to say that he also provided voiceover work on the film for his ghost version of Zod.

Remember how Superman activates Jor-El’s preserved A.I. consciousness in Man of Steel? Well apparently we will see that with Zod in the upcoming movie. He told the site:

“The thing about the whole Krypton universe, apparently, is that even when you destroy them, there are ghosts. The first [film], Jor-El is there even though he’s been dead for lord knows how long... I went over and did some voice-over stuff because it’s like that ghost thing. But I don’t know if I’m supposed to say that. I get very nervous."

I guess that means Zod downloaded a copy of himself into a codex before Superman snapped his neck. That's what Jor-El had to do before sending it to his son on Earth. Unless Zod actually comes back as a ghost to haunt Clark Kent! If that's the case, I really hope they bring in the Ghost Adventures to investigate because that would be hilarious.

Josh Gad Will Play Film Critic Roger Ebert in RUSS & ROGER Biopic

Formerly titled Russ & Roger Go BeyondRuss & Roger has been in the works for a long time. Will Ferrell is already on board to play director Russ Meyer, and now THR confirms that Frozen and Book of Mormon star Josh Gad will play film critic Roger Ebert in Michael Winterbottom's true story behind the making of the 1970s cult classic Beyond The Valley of The Dolls.

Ebert was only a third-string film critic for the Chicago Sun-Times when he teamed with Meyer, a director of notorious exploitation films like Faster Pussycat! Kill, Kill! to make a movie for 20th Century Fox. The studio liked how Meyer handled his budgets, and following some high profile failures in the '60s (including Cleopatra, one of the biggest box office flops of all time), studio head Richard Zanuck gave him the opportunity to direct a movie for them. This film tells the story of the making of that movie, and it's described as "a debaucherous comedy centering on two outsiders who defied the Hollywood establishment and made one of the first X-rated films ever released by a major movie studio, having the party of a lifetime in the process." (Note: Meyer passed away in 2004, and Ebert died in 2013.)

Gad is a talented guy who resembles a younger Ebert, but I'm really interested in seeing what Ferrell does as Meyer. He could easily turn this into an over-the-top caricature, but I'm hoping there's a little more subtlety to it than that. Then again, I probably shouldn't be expecting subtlety if they're portraying the duo who made this (NSFW):

Ride to Valhalla in The MAD MAX Video Game Launch Trailer

Following the success of Mad Max: Fury Road in theaters earlier this summer, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has created a video game adaptation called simply Mad Max, which is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. To mark the occasion, they've released a new launch trailer that gives you a sense of the bone-crunching, engine-revving action that can be felt in the game:

One thing that seems noticeably absent? Furiosa, the badass female character portrayed by Charlize Theron in the most recent movie. It seems that the design team didn't feel the need to make her a part of the proceedings, which is a shame. I've seen some reviews already come out for the game, and for the most part, they're not very kind, so I may end up passing on this one altogether. But I'd be interested in hearing what you all think of it if you get a chance to check it out. Once again, Mad Max is available now.

New ASSASSIN'S CREED SYNDICATE Trailer Gives Us The Lay of The Land

For me, one of the most striking elements of the Assassin's Creed franchise has always been how consistently amazing the locations have looked in each game. The development teams do tons of research to be able to vividly recreate entire explorable cities, often with a number of high-profile landmarks with graphics that look good enough to print out and hang on your wall. Regardless of stagnant game mechanics or controversy about a lack of playable female characters, the locations have remained a constant high point in the series — and Assassin's Creed Syndicate looks to build on that and fix those other issues as well.

We've already seen videos about the improved mechanics and new playable character Evie Frye, and the latest trailer for the game concentrates on the Victorian London setting, giving us a good sense of the diverse locations we'll be able to traverse as we battle our way through our quest. Watch the trailer below, and be sure to circle October 23rd on your calendars: that's when the game hits shelves.

Fascinating Visual Compilation of The Same HANNIBAL Scene in Three Different Properties

Thomas Harris' notorious serial killer Hannibal Lecter and FBI profiler Will Graham have been immortalized on screen several times now, and editor Matthew Morettini has chosen one scene in particular that has been featured in three different properties: Manhunter, Red Dragon, and the recently-concluded Hannibal TV series. Morettini has cut together video that shows the similarities and differences between the scenes across those properties, progressing through the scene and cutting between them while the dialogue remains mostly the same. It's a fascinating look at the way directors choose to frame a scene, what they find important, where they choose close-ups versus wide shots, etc. Take a look below:

Vincent Cassel To Play The Villain in BOURNE 5

0
0

Matt Damon recently offered up some details about the upcoming Bourne 5, in which he'll return to reprise his role as Jason Bourne/David Webb under the direction of Paul Greengrass. We still don't know a ton about what the movie will be about, but since filming is set to begin extremely soon, it was inevitable that we'd start to hear more about who will be joining Damon in the cast.

We already know that Ex Machina star Alicia Vikander is playing one of the female leads, Julia Stiles is returning as Nicky Parsons, and Tommy Lee Jones has joined up too, reportedly as a high level CIA officer. Viggo Mortensen was at one point rumored to be the film's villain, but now Variety is reporting that Vincent Cassel has signed on in the role of an assassin trying to track and kill Bourne.

Cassel is the latest in a line of baddies that includes Clive Owen, Karl Urban, and Edgar Ramirez in the original trilogy, and he has a perfect mixture of European style and physicality that should make him a great addition to this franchise.

Bourne 5 hits theaters on July 29th, 2016.

Joffrey is The True Hero of GAME OF THRONES in Fan Video

0
0

(Spoilers for Game of Thrones ahead.)

Joffrey Baratheon has to be one of the biggest douchebags in the history of fantasy literature. The little bastard was a power-mad sociopath who loved doling out his own twisted sense of justice, tormenting Sansa Stark with so much suffering that she nearly had a psychotic break. He was a cruel, arrogant coward who deserved a longer, more painful death than the poisoning he ultimately received.

But can you imagine a scenario in which Joffrey was actually the hero of the story? Part of the reason the character works so well is because George R.R. Martin basically set him up as the archetypal hero prince — dashing, handsome, etc. — only to subvert that trope by making him a miserable dick. But the team at BloodBlitz Comedy has made a fan video that tries to depict the young king as a heroic, noble ruler, and knowing how far away from the truth that is makes this even funnier to watch:

According to The Wrap, Lucasfilm and director Rian Johnson are looking at three actresses who could possibly take on a new lead female character that will be introduced in Star Wars: Episode VIII.

Those actresses are Golden Globe winner Gina Rodriguez (Jane the Virgin), Golden Globe nominee Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black) ,and Olivia Cooke (The Signal, Bates Motel). These are apparently the top contenders for part, and it was confirmed by multiple people who are familiar with the casting.

These are all talented young actresses. There are no details about the character that these actresses could end up playing, so it's hard to say who is right for it. But the two actresses that I'm most familiar with in the group are Cooke and Maslany. The report goes on to say:

Insiders insist it’s early in the casting process and that Johnson is still auditioning actresses, with several rising stars yet to read for him. Others suggest that Johnson is narrowing down the field and that Rodriguez, Maslany and Cooke will be among a group of girls slated to chemistry-read with The Force Awakens star John Boyega before the end of the month.

Maslany was actually up for the lead role in Star Wars: Rogue One, but the part ended up being offered to Felicity Jones, and she took it. Maslany must have made a good impression, though, if Lucasfilm is looking at possibly casting her in this next movie.

Last month we learned that Benicio Del Toro was offered the role of one the villains in the film, and that deal is still in the process of being ironed out.

Disney will release Star Wars: Episode VIII on May 26th, 2017.

Cartoon Style Evolution of Robert Downey Jr. By Jeff Victor

Jeff Victor’s latest piece of "Evolution" art takes us through the glorious career of Robert Downey Jr. Like many of you, I was a fan of Downey Jr. before Jon Favreau resurrected his career with Iron Man. Out of all of Downey Jr.'s films, my number one favorite is Chaplin. I remember watching him in that movie when it was in theaters and just sitting there in awe of how he brought Charlie Chaplin to life. Another one of my favorite of his pre-Iron Man roles was Paul Avery in David Fincher’s Zodiac. That was one of those films that made me wonder why he wasn’t working more. The guy is an awesome actor, and this is what the artist had to say about him:

What can I say...I love RDJ. What an incredible career this fine actor has had. Possibly even the greatest comeback story in Hollywood history. Older readers will recall seeing him as a comic presence in such films as Weird Science and Back to School. Downey Jr then showed us his dark side with Less Than Zero. A few years later, he was Oscar nominated for the title role in Chaplin. After a long, difficult battle with substance abuse, he roared back into the spotlight as Tony Stark in Iron Man, now his signature role. Reportedly one of the nicest guys in Hollywood, RDJ continues to take on new challenges as an actor, and I can't wait to see what he does next.

Brides of Dracula Series Coming to NBC by Greg Berlanti

0

Comic book and TV writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa (Marvel Knights, The Stand, Glee) and TV producer Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash) have teamed up to develop a gothic-style TV drama based on the three brides of Dracula. It imagines what would have become of the brides had they not been killed by Van Helsing.

The series will be called Brides, and it's set up at NBC. The story is set in New York City. The series is described as “a sexy reimagining of Dracula as a family drama with a trio of strong, diverse female leads, a show about empowered women and the things they do to maintain wealth, prestige, legacy — and their non-traditional family.”

The Brides of Dracula were originally introduced in Bram Stoker’s classic novel, and they are a staple in the Dracula mythology. They have shown up in almost every movie based on Dracula, and in 1960 they even got a film of their own called Brides of Dracula, which starred Peter Cushing (Star Wars).

As a long time fan of Stoker’s Dracula and the films and mythology surrounding the vampire, I’m actually looking forward to seeing what comes of this. The talent involved with its initial development is definitely promising.

Unaired Pilot Episode of THE REAL GHOSTBUSTERS Cartoon Series

When I was growing up I watched a ridiculous amount of cartoons. It's what kids do! If you grew up in the late '80s and early '90s then you had privilege of enjoying The Real Ghostbusters, which was a rad cartoon adaptation of the classic movie that we all love.

Thanks to YouTube user mdmax09 (via: /Film), we can now watch the unaired 4-minute pilot episode of The Real Ghostbusters that helped launch the series. I had never seen this until today, and it's very cool see something retro like this that I grew up with that I never saw as a kid.

There are a few differences between the pilot episode and what we ended up seeing in the final product, such as the color schemes of the costumes and ghost hunting equipment. They were more in line with what we saw in the movie. The Pilot plays out more like a sizzle real, as there is no dialogue. It just shows off a lot of exciting ghost action. Check it out it!

Red Tornado Confirmed for SUPERGIRL, Iddo Goldberg Cast in Role

red-tornado-confirmed-for-supergirl-iddo-goldberg-cast-in-role

Last month it was reported that the DC Comics character Red Tornado would make an appearence in CBS' Supergirl. That news has been confirmed with the casting of Iddo Goldberg (Defiance, Salem) in the role.

This will be Red Tornado's live-action debut, and as of right now it will only be a guest star type deal in one of the episodes.

Red Tornado was created by Gardner Fox and Dick Dillin, and he made his first real appearance in 1968’s Justice League of America #64. The origins of the character can be traced back to a 1960 issue of Mystery in Space. The offiical description of the Red Tornado for the Supergirl series reads as follows:

"Designed for the army by scientist T.O. Morrow, Red Tornado is the world's most nefarious android who is capable of devastating National City. Once free from the U.S. government's grip, Red Tornado sets out on a path of destruction that only Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) will be able to stop."

Red Tornado is an intruiging villain, and it's cool that they are bringing this villain to life. Supergirl also stars Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Laura Benanti as Alura Zor-El, Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant, Chyler Leigh as Alexandra “Alex” Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow “Winn” Schott, Jenna Dewan Tatum as Lucy Lane (sister of Lois), David Harewood as Hank Henshaw, Peter Facinelli as Maxwell Lord, and, in mystery roles, Dean Cain and Helen Slater.

Supergirl is set to premiere Monday, October 26th.

2 Explosive Fan Posters For CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

Bosslogic is known for creating some incredibly cool pieces of fan art. We've posted several pieces of his work in the past, and we have a few new ones showing off some fan posters he made for Captain America: Civil War. Two of them feature Cap punching the shit out of Iron Man in his Extremis armor. One version of the poster shows Cap punching him with his fist, and the other one shows Cap smashing Iron Man's face in with his shield. The artist says that the latter is more of an accurate take. The third poster shows Iron Man blasting through Cap's shield as it shatters.

Both of these look like they would make awesome posters for the upcoming film. I love the crazy energy that they radiate. There's no word on when Marvel might release any footage from this movie, but in the meantime, I hope you enjoy the fan-made stuff like this that we see. Kenneth Branagh to Direct ARTEMIS FOWL For Disney

0

It looks like Disney Studios and The Weinstein Company are ready to move forward on their big screen adaptation of Artemis Fowl. According to The Tracking Board, the studio has signed Thor and Cinderella director Kenneth Branagh to develop the project, which is based on the book series by Eoin Colfer.

Branagh is a talented director and I loved what he did with both Thor and Cinderella. The guy has a great talent for bringing these kinds of fantastical worlds to life, which makes Artemis Fowl the perfect project for him.

Artemis Fowl was pitched to the studios as Harry Potter meets Die Hard. The fantasy story follows the "brilliant and cunning 12-year-old eponymous criminal mastermind Artemis Fowl II, whose cunning plot to extort gold from the secret Fairy People puts him directly in the cross-hairs of some of the most dangerous creatures on earth. Over the series, Fowl becomes a sort of anti-hero rather than a full-fledged villain, often having to work together with the fairies to stop a slew of treacherous megalomaniacs."

This sounds like it could be a really cool and exciting movie. The project has had a long road to the big screen. Over the course of fourteen years, it has gone through ten writers and two directors. The most recent version of the script came from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix scribe Michael Goldenberg. According to Variety, though, the studio is now in talks with Conor McPherson (The Eclipse) to write the movie.

When the project was initially announced at Disney, the plan was for the first Artemis Fowl movie to be based on the first and second installments in the book series, Artemis Fowl and Artemis Fowl: The Arctic Incident. There's no word on if that is still the plan with Branagh on board.

Before Branagh starts working on Artemis Fowl, he will direct a big screen adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express

BACK TO THE FUTURE Trilogy Recapped in 1.21 Minutes

0
0

Since 2015 marks the 30th anniversary of Back to the Future, the internet is understandably flooded with content about Robert Zemeckis' time travel classic. I'm even contributing to this phenomenon myself: earlier this year, I had the chance to see the film with a live orchestra playing the score, and I took some video of it that you can watch right here.

If you're not sick of the trilogy by now, you should get a kick out of Burger Fiction's new video recapping all three movies in 1.21 minutes (in honor of 1.21 gigawatts, naturally). It's fun to see the moments they think are important enough to include in such a short time span, and it makes me think about what moments I'd put in if I made my own cut (example: Marty falling on the floor while putting his pants on in 1955, while a funny moment, probably wouldn't make my final cut).
