NBC is doing it's best to remaind us that their reboot of The Munsters is an “imaginative reinvention” that will have only a small resemblance to the classic ’60s show. TV Line reports that the network has given the show a new title. The pilot title has been changed from The Munsters to Mockingbird Lane, which nods at the family's iconic Victorian house located at 1313 Mockingbird Lane.
Pushing Daisies creator Bryan Fuller and Bryan Singer are stewarding the show. Casting is currently underway. This is one reboot that never should have been given the greenlight. I think that the new title is confusing.
