After many months of waiting and countless fan-made posters, Marvel Studios has released the first official poster for this summer's superhero epic The Avengers. The film stars a massive cast including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson and Clark Gregg and is directed by Joss Whedon.
I have to say, I'm not particularly impressed. The Photoshop use in this poster is completely undeniable; not the best first impression for people who want to see these supeheroes together. Is it really that hard to get ALL the actors together for a promo shoot? Oh well. I'm still excited for the movie. Are you ready to see the Avengers assemble?
