A new video from the set of Transformers: The Last Knight has surfaced and it features some vehicular mayhem with some of the characters like Bumblebee in their car form racing, spinning, and flipping through the streets of London. There's no doubt that being on a set of a Michael Bay film like this would be a shit ton of fun! I'd love to be a stunt driver in a Michael Bay movie.

The trailer is smothered with reviews excitedly exclaiming how great this movie is. It definitely sounds like a film worth checking out.

Bruce Campbell recently talked about his Ash Vs. Evil Dead series on Starz and said that he wants to do five seasons. We’ll he’s got two seasons down, and Starz has officially renewed it for a third! It’s looking like Campbell will get his five seasons if people keep watching. I don’t know why anyone would stop watching after they’ve started. It’s just too good not to watch.
I couldn’t be happier that the series is getting a third season! I freakin’ love this show! It’s just so damn entertaining and the ultra-bloody violence is just the icing on the cake. The third season will consist of ten episodes.
I assume the whole cast will come back for more deadite action if they survive season two. Those cast members include Lucy Lawless as Ruby Knowby, who now possesses the powerful Necronomicon; Ray Santiago as Pablo Simon Bolivar, Ash’s loyal sidekick dealing with the trauma he suffered in the cabin; and Dana DeLorenzo as Kelly Maxwell, who, grief-stricken after the death of her parents, plots revenge against The Evil Dead. Then there's Lee Majors, Ted Raimi, and Michelle Hurd who joined the series this season as Brock Williams, Ash’s father, Chet Kaminski, Ash’s childhood best friend, and Linda, Ash’s high school love respectively.
Sam Raimi and his brother Ivan will stay on as executive producers and lead the show into season three glory.

Last week the first trailer for Voltron: Legendary Defender was released, and it definitely got fans excited for more! DreamWorks Animation has announced that the second season of the Netflix series will premiere on Netflix on January 20th, 2017!
If for some reason you haven’t watched the first season yet, you really need to check it out. If you’re a fan of the original series or just enjoy watching great, well-made shows in general, you need to see it. I promise that you’ll be entertained.

For those of you who have been hoping to see Hayley Atwell back in the role of Agent Carter, you'll be happy to hear that she will be, but there's a catch. She will be voicing the animated version of the character, who will be included in an episode of Marvel's animated series Avengers: Secret Wars.
The episode in which Peggy will appear features her and Howard Stark teaming up with Iron Man and Captain America to battle Kang the Conqueror. It's a past and present colliding kind of story.
Marvel's Avengers: Secret Wars is in its fourth season. I personally think it could be a much better show than it is, but it is what it is and it has a fanbase. It's pretty cool that they managed to fit Peggy into the story and that Atwell is voicing the character.
Personally, I'd much rather see her back as the live-action version of the character. Who knows... maybe one day it will happen.

The latest episode of Saturday Night Live was hosted by Hamilton's Lin-Manuel Miranda, and one of the funniest sketches was a Stranger Things spoof that hilariously teased what we can expect from the highly anticipated second season.
The sketch basically introduces us to Lucas' parents, who were completely absent from the first season. His parents are amusingly played by Kenan Thompson and Leslie Jones who show up to find out what in the hell their son has been doing with his friends.
Lucas is played by Sasheer Zamata, Mike is played by Kyle Mooney, Dustin is played by Miranda, and Eleven is Kate McKinnon. If you're a fan of Stranger Things, this is a sketch you don't want to miss!
Ron Perlman really put a lot of effort into pushing Hellboy 3 forward, and at certain points over the years it looked like there was hope. Well, It sounds like any hope for a third Hellboy movie is gone.
The actor recent sat down with a group of reporters at NYCC this weekend, and when they asked if he would reteam with director Guillermo del Toro on a third Hellboy, he said:
“We don’t talk about that anymore.”
That's kind of sad to hear, but we all knew there was a chance it would never happen. If they stopped talking about it, that tells me they've given up. When asked why they don't talk about it anymore, Perlman said:
“Because he’s busy, and I’m busy. Maybe one day he’s going to call and say, ‘Hey, let’s do it.’ But for right now? We’re happy discovering new worlds to conquer.”
I hate to say it, but at this point, I just don't see Del Toro ever making that call. The actor went on to say that as of right now he and Del Toro aren't working on any other projects together outside of the animated Netflix series Trollhunters.
I'd be completely surprised if Hellboy 3 happened at this point. It's a bummer to hear that it's not on anyone's minds other than the fans'.

We've got the first trailer for Guillermo del Toro's animated Netflix series Trollhunters. I liked what I saw in this trailer, and it looks like it could be an entertaining and fun show! I will definitely be watching it with my kids!
This is one of the last projects that Anton Yelchin worked on before he tragically died, and it's a bittersweet feeling hearing his voice again in a new project. The show also has a talented supporting cast that includes Charlie Saxton as Toby, Kelsey Grammer as Blinky, Ron Perlman as Bular, Steven Yeun, Jonathan Hyde, Lexi Madrano, Amy Landecker, Fred Tatasciore, and even Del Toro.
The series is being produced by DreamWorks Animation, and it's based on a book series from Del Toro and Daniel Klaus. Here's the synopsis:

Last week a lot of cool information was released for the upcoming third Wolverine film that is titled Logan. Some details on the story were released, and we even got our first haunting look at Patrick Stewart in the role of an older Charles Xavier. It's definitely gotten fans very excited for this film, which will be Hugh Jackman's last time in the role of Wolverine.
The news continues to roll in, and today we have a couple new images from the movie to share with you! The first one features a severed arm holding a shotgun. This obviously teases the level of violence that we'll see in the R-rated film. The second image teases a mysterious character. I'm not sure who it is, but he's wearing a bowler-type hat. This could be one of the new villains in the film, possibly Mister Sinister, but at this point, who knows, it could be anybody.
Logan takes place in the year 2024...Old Man Logan is in full effect. Logan looks bad, and drinks a lot. For work, he drives a 2024 Chrysler 300 limo that looks modified in the front to look more futuristic. He’s sick, his powers are fading, and he heals much more slowly — and sometimes not at all.
He will be accompanied by the young mutant girl in his journey. This girl is rumored to be X-23. Logan will be released in theaters on March 3rd, 2017. For more information on the film, click here.

During a recent interview with Blastr at NYCC, Evangeline Lilly talked a little bit about Marvel's Ant-Man and the Wasp and confirmed that Wasp will be sitting out of Avengers: Infinity War, but the character is set to appear in the fourth Avengers film after that.
When talking about Ant-Man and the Wasp she explained that it will basically be an origin film for the Wasp, saying:
“I’m excited because its essentially going to be the origin of the Wasp. Of course, we’re going to see the Wasp for the first time take on the mantle, and put on the suit, and fly about, and do her thing."
She then revealed that the Wasp is set to appear in the untitled fourth Avengers film and she explained why they saved her for that one:
"Following that one, there’s an Avengers series coming out, I believe its a two-parter, and the Wasp won’t be in the first part, she’ll be in the second part because they want to preserve that reveal for Ant-Man and the Wasp.”
It makes complete sense that Marvel would want to build this character up before they throw her into the mix with a bunch of other superheroes. I loved Ant-Man, and I'm excited for the sequel and the story it will tell! I'm sure we're going to end up seeing some really fun stuff.
Ant-Man and the Wasp is set for release on July 6th, 2018. The fourth Avengers movie will be released in 2019.
Over the weekend, Marvel announced that they are developing a new Spider-Man animated series for Disney XD. The series will simply be called Marvel's Spider-Man, and it's set to drop sometime in 2017. It will tell the story of "an unsure but courageous teen who has to figure out how to be a superhero from the very beginning."
The new series will replace the animated series Ultimate Spider-Man, which is set to conclude in January 2017 in a two-part finale titled "Graduation Day." That story arc will see "Spider-Man stop Doctor Octopus and the Superior Sinister Six from destroying all of the heroes in New York City."
The news of the new series came from Cort Lane, the senior vice president of Marvel Animation and Family Entertainment at NYCC, and this is what he said about it in a statement:
“We’ve been secretly nurturing ‘Marvel’s Spider-Man’ for years now, so we are thrilled to finally announce it. The simple title reflects a back-to-basics approach – the story of an ordinary teen, Peter Parker, who suddenly finds himself with strange new powers and overwhelming responsibility. And thanks to story editor Kevin Shinick (‘Robot Chicken,’ ‘Mad’) and supervising director Philip Pignotti (‘Marvel’s Avengers Assemble’), it’s just filled with heart and humor.”
Marc Buhaj, senior vice president of Programming and General Manager at Disney XD added:
“Spider-Man is the biggest action hero in the world. He is an iconic character whose duality makes him both relatable and aspirational for the Disney XD audience. We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Marvel in this new original series that offers a fresh take on a beloved classic that will engage both new and existing Spidey fans with its compelling drama, exciting action and the signature sense of comedy.”
Marvel seems to be really excited about this new series, and it will be interesting to see how it turns out. Ultimate Spider-Man was actually kind of fun and had some great moments. Hopefully, this new series will be a solid replacement. Only time will tell. Here's some additional information from the press release:

During the Marvel Netflix panel at New York Comic-Con 2016, Marvel fans were treated with a fun surprise when The Defenders team took the stage together for the first time! Those characters include Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Mike Colter (Luke Cage) and Finn Jones (Iron Fist).
It was during this moment that Jeph Loeb announced that Sigourney Weaver will be joining the cast and will be playing the villain in the story! They don't reveal who she will be playing, but it's fun to see her come out on stage and join the rest of the cast.
The Defenders is shaping up to be something incredible. It's going to be so fun to see these heroes finally team up with each other, and the fact they will be battling Weaver's villainous character just ups the excitement level! The Defenders reportedly starts shooting later this year.

Jemaine Clement has been added to the cast of Noah Hawley's Marvel/FX series Legion. Clement, who is best known for his work in Flight of the Conchords, has also appeared in movies, including the hilarious vampire film What We Do in The Shadows.
Clement's role in the show has not been revealed, but Deadline reports that it appears he will be in a multi-episode arc. The series also stars Rachel Keller, Aubrey Plaza, Katie Aselton, Jeremie Harris, Bill Irwin, and Amber Midthunder.
Legion is based on the X-Men mutant of the same name and will tell his story as he discovers his powers and his place in the universe. I've loved everything I've seen from this series so far and am hoping it's going to be as good as all the trailers and teasers have been!
Today, Disney and Marvel Studios released a new featurette promoting their upcoming superhero film Doctor Strange, and while we've known for a long time that this movie is going to get weird, they're finally starting to show off just how bizarre they're willing to go with it.
The video concentrates on parallel dimensions and the multiverse, and showcases the trippy, spacey astral plane that Strange will visit in the movie. While it's Inception-esque shots that dominate the trailers (which makes sense, considering that movie was a success and this is presumably trying to entice a similar audience), this is the kind of stuff that true Doctor Strange fans really want to see in this movie.
We don't have much longer to wait — Doctor Strange hits theaters on November 4, 2016.
I swear we've confirmed and retracted Daniel Craig's status with James Bond so many times in the past year, I forgot where we left off when we last reported on the topic. The important thing is that Birth Movies Death is reporting Craig doesn't seem like he's leaving like we all thought he was. In his first interview since the premiere of Spectre, Craig danced around the question in the ninety minutes he was interviewed.
After several cryptic responses and debunking of the story that he was offered $150 million to do two more Bond films, Craig said this:

If I remember right, I feel like a lot of speculation was that Craig didn't want to spend what years he had left in acting on the set of Bond films that kept him away from other projects. After a year of cameo appearances and other films, maybe he had a change of heart? There's still no official word as to whether Craig will be in the next James Bond film.
I sure hope so. I would hate for Spectre to have been his last film considering its quality was substantially weaker than his other three. Bringing back Craig also brings back the possibility of Christoph Waltz who didn't get nearly enough screen time in Spectre. I would love to see those two get a full movie together, wouldn't you?
Shortly after the release of the trailer for the new Power Rangers film, former screenwriter for the film Max Landis took to Twitter to air his grievances:

They fired me, and five or so writers later, it appears they made Chronicle.
Landis, who was removed from the film by Lionsgate, may have a right to be justifiably mad. Then again, if someone hires you to write a licensed version of the film that made you famous, who can really be mad when you're (presumably) fired for not delivering?
I'm not gonna sit here and deny there aren't some similarities between this film and Chronicle, but let's not sit here and act like Chronicle was an entirely new concept that changed the game.
It seems very clear that Lionsgate and Saban have little intention of creating a film that's going to call back a lot of nostalgia, and if that's what Landis' film was about, I don't fault them for going in a different direction.
